Hired him to fix a leak and he came and crawled in my attic to find where it was coming from. Felt confident he had fixed it. Now the next rain storm came and I’m am listening to it drip all over again. Big waist of money.

Fixed our roof and said it’s good for 3years. Few weeks later the leak came back and he keeps on promising to return or send somebody to check it out but did not show up. His invoice says 10yr warranty yet it’s even a month that passed you”ll not hear from him. Update Jan 20: you were clear with my husband? Why u keep on telling him that you are sending your guy to check the work done then no show.

  Reply from the business

I was very clear with your husband i cant warranty your roof unless you change the flat roof and re slope it but due to your budget issue he only wanted a temporray fix until you can afford replacing the roof. i did come out to your place twice to fix the issue but cant do anything else beside replacing your roof and fix the water pooling issue. Im sorry you have to leave a bad review but your roof is sloping the opposite side to where the drain is. I also showed him pictures of water pooling on your roof.

Called for gutter replacement, he said he would come but called every day for two weeks, he never showed up.

  Reply from the business

Hi Eric — thank you for taking the time to share this. I’m sorry we weren’t able to complete your gutter replacement at that time. During that period our schedule was extremely busy, and while we did our best to communicate, we clearly should have handled the situation better. We always aim to be upfront about availability, and I appreciate you pointing this out. If you ever need help in the future, we’d be happy to properly schedule the work when availability allows.

I recently hired SRS Roofing for a full tear-off and re-shingle, and the experience was top-tier from start to finish. The team was excellent—professional, punctual, and incredibly hard-working. They managed the removal of the old roof quickly and kept the job site clean throughout the process, which I really appreciated. The quality of the new shingle installation is outstanding; you can tell they don't cut corners and take genuine pride in their craftsmanship.
