These guys told me they could fix a small roof leak and I was so happy that I paid them right away (big mistake). The leak was still there 2 days later and they refused to either repair it properly or give me my money back. THEY ONLY WANTED TO REPLACE MY ROOF FOR $15000 !! DON'T DEAL WITH THESE GUYS, THEY WILL RIP YOU OFF !

A cheap way to tarnish our reputation. - no such name is on our customers list - We do not take payments right away, rather till customer is completely satisfied with work. - our labour is under warranty and we give that in writing which is binding -we never pressure any customer to do any work rather we leave it COMPLETELY to him/her to make their own decision nice try to sabotage our name. FYI most of our work is through references and word of mouth - nice try

We recently had our roof completed and we couldn't be happier with the entire experience. The service was excellent from start to finish. The team was professional, friendly, and easy to deal with, and Paul was great at communicating throughout the entire process. The work was completed quickly and efficiently without sacrificing quality. Once the job was completed, the team did a great job cleaning up, leaving our property looking neat and tidy. Overall, it was a smooth and stress-free experience. We really appreciated how responsive, reliable, and easy Paul and the team were to work with. We would definitely recommend B Cheema Roofing to anyone looking for quality work!

We had a great experience working with Paul and his team. Paul was fair, straightforward, and very easy to communicate with throughout the entire process. He kept things moving smoothly, answered our questions promptly, and we’re very happy with the quality of the finished roof. We also really appreciated that he went beyond the roofing work and helped coordinate our new gutters and exterior painting, which made the whole project much easier to manage. Everything came together beautifully, and we wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Paul and his company to anyone looking for a reliable, professional roofer.

Thank you and your crew, you guys did a great job roofing my home. You and your crew were professional, courteous, and had a general concern for my satisfaction that far exceeded my expectations. I appreciated the clean-up that was done at the end of each day. It just reinforced the fact that BCheema Roofing wanted me to be happy! "This company has the best workers, they know how to do the roof right without compromising on product or labor! They do prompt work, clean up nicely afterward, and are always kind and courteous, I would gladly recommend them to my friends and family!! No subcontracting but employees who are proud to put their name on their work and stand behind the job!

Our STRATA has just awarded the contract to Cheema to replace our roofs and gutters on our 102 Unit Condominium after conducting detailed research, looking at other recommendations, scouring through many other bids. My own personal experience with this company exceeded my expectations and that of many of my neighbors who also decided to use Cheema Roofing. Just excellent workmanship, on time, fair pricing, honest and open to all questions. This is a company you can trust and that in itself is absolutely essential these days. This is a Company worth dealing with. You wont be disappointed.

We contracted Cheema Roofing to replace the roof on our home aged 25 years. The team doing the work was diligent, considerate, polite and extremely professional. The roof was done on time and at quoted price. After they finished the team cleaned up all around the house, leaving yard as they found it. Great company.

Paul was very pleasant to deal with from the start to finish he seemed very honest and professional. In the end came through with an excellent job on my roof at a very reasonable price. Could have not asked for more, my neighbors were coming by as the job was being done, and he ended doing 6 roofs on my block. The good size crew also professional, polite and left the site spotless. Great job Paul and great crew hold on to them.

B Cheema Roofing did an outstanding job for us. They were great to work with, and their craftsmanship was excellent — especially considering the size of the project. Our 2x10 fascia boards are in some areas over 40 feet high, and they handled everything with skill and care. Their team is friendly, reliable, and respectful, and the owner, Paul, is genuinely great to deal with. They worked efficiently in our cul-de-sac, replacing fascia boards for me and several neighbours, and also sealing the membrane seams. The quality of work was excellent, and we’re very happy with the results. Highly recommend B Cheema Roofing!
