In an industry full of liars and cons, Scarlet Roofing was a real gem. They did excellent work at very good rates. They were always very transparent about pricing for both material and labor. They never tried to price gouge me despite several additions to their scope of work. They also provide warranty on their repairs, which is pretty rare for roofers (who typically only provide warranty for fresh new roofs). I cannot recommend these guys enough and will be reaching out to them for future works.

We recently contracted Scarlet Roofing & Gutters to do a repair on our skylight. Although this was a small job, Efran was always pleasant and made the time to fit us in. While he was here, he also inspected the roof and discovered a broken vent and a problem with our dryer vent and repaired these for us. He always provided us with a thorough explanation and associated costs. It is so refreshing to find a knowledgeable, kind and hard-working professional who genuinely wants to provide top-quality service. We highly recommend Scarlet Roofing & Gutters and will be using them for any of our future needs. Thank you Efran.

Erfan repaired our roof and gutters a few months ago. He did a great job and his price was really fair compared to other quotes we received. He and his team are very handy and responsive. We were very happy with the work. I hired him again two months ago to install bathroom ducts in the attic. I was not able to find anyone doing the job and he did a great job. I definitely recommend him.

Is your roof trying to tell you something? 🏠 Here in BC, our wet winters and moss-friendly climate can age a roof faster than you'd think. Watch for these signs: shingles that are curling, cracking, or losing their granules (that gritty stuff washing into your gutters). Sagging spots, daylight peeking through your attic, or persistent leaks after a rainstorm are also red flags. Even stubborn moss or algae streaks can quietly trap moisture and shorten your roof's life. If your roof is showing any of these signs, it's worth having a professional take a look before a small issue becomes a costly one.
