  Called them and was told they would be out to give me a quote on a certain day and time on gutter replacements.They were a no call no show. I let a couple of days go by and left a message with the person that was supposed to come out. Still no response. My feeling is they were too busy quoting larger jobs and mine was too small. Very disappointing, I live in whiteland and tried to hire local. I will never give them a chance again.

  Not sure how they are at roofing and remodeling, but as people they're garbage. They shut down a meet Santa event in Whiteland, sponsored by Domino's, and made the police remove Santa and the Coke truck from a parking lot SPG owns. They said it was too busy. Kids were crying, they wouldn't even let the line finish. I've never had them do work for me, and I never will now.

  Skyline Property Group had an incident this evening at one of the properties it manages that has since started going viral. Domino’s Pizza had scheduled with Coca Cola to have Santa out at Whiteland Retail Center without notifying the owner. The owner of the property was unaware of the scheduled event and to ensure the proper safety measures were in place for this event we had to cancel it unexpectedly. Skyline Property Group will be contacting Dominoes tomorrow to see about scheduling another event with proper road blocks and security on site to ensure the safety of everyone on the property during events like this.

  They are not the best people to work with. They told my mother it can take 3 months to 3 years if they desire. Complete garbage of a company. Will tell you they would take what insurance pays and charge you extra then threaten to put a lean on your house. I would recomend finding someone else who isnt a weasle or shady because thats all this company is is shady.

  I am very sorry you feel this way Tequila but this is absolutely not true. The parameters that your parents agreed upon to do the roof were explained very thoroughly up front and were included on the contract your parents signed. We do not waive or "eat" deductibles as some contractors do because it is against the law and we will not have any part in that. We work directly off of the insurance estimate which in this case clearly explains there is a deductible due. Slandering a reputable company with no more than here say and your opinion of a job that had nothing to do with you personally or contractually is reckless.

  From start to finish of the project on my house which was, roofing, window wraps and new gutters, Grady was outstanding with communication and keeping me informed. I highly recommend SPG Roofing.

  Josh at SPG was very thorough and followed up on my gutter install which was needed and valued! Always felt like I was a top priority even though it was a smaller job. Very satisfied with the great customer service and install coordination!

  I highly recommend their services! Everyone we worked with was friendly, professional, and easy to work with.   Had SPG replace my gutters. Their quote was the same or lower than several other companies and their estimates but SPG was the only one to mention and include some repairs to the house that would need to be done as well. Communication was quick and easy. Installation was smooth. Would definitely use SPG again.

  I would recommend this company to anyone! They were absolutely fantastic in helping deal with the insurance company over storm damage and made the process as seamless as possible. You would be crazy not to go with them!!!!

  Chris Sheets was very helpful to our family, throughout the process of bidding on a new slate roof for our historic home. He provided detailed breakdowns of all costs. He visited our home twice, ensuring an accurate estimate of the cost. He talked our family through all aspects of the job. Chris was kind, helpful, proactive, and great to work with, on the estimate.   I got a quote for a roof replacement in March 2026. They did not try to pressure me into financing and the quote was reasonable. I got the work done in May 2026. They were able to get the roof replaced in one day and they cleaned up everything very well.
