We had our roof replaced a couple of years ago and are still not getting results with the on going issue with the porch leak. It has now cause the plywood to have discoloration and will probably need replaced. Eric Voss was the one who came …

Rees restoration did some work for me on an insurance claim I had. They sent out some of their guys to do my gutter work, the guys showed up and installed brand new gutters onto rotted wood that should’ve been replaced. Rees made it right …

Thank you for taking the time to share your feedback. We're sorry to hear that you were left feeling dissatisfied with your experience. We do want to provide some additional context. This project was completed approximately three years ago as part of an insurance claim. At the time the work was performed, there were no documented issues with rotted wood that required replacement, and insurance claims typically do not provide coverage for pre-existing rot or deterioration. When concerns were brought to our attention during the project, we returned to address them because we stand behind our work and want our customers to be satisfied. Since the project was completed, however, we have not received any calls or messages from you regarding the additional concerns mentioned in this review. We always appreciate the opportunity to discuss issues directly so we can better understand them and determine if there's an appropriate solution. We take pride in the quality of our work and never encourage cutting corners. If you'd still like to discuss your concerns, we invite you to contact our office so we can review the details of your project together. We appreciate your feedback and remain committed to providing quality workmanship and excellent customer service. Thank you!

Didn’t show up at the scheduled appointment, said they would be there a 3:30 and didn’t show, texted at 3:50 and said they were short on fans. Went with another company that kept their word.

Brad was very polite when I spoke with him on the phone and that made my husband and I feel comfortable enough to schedule the inspection. However after the inspection and next rainy weather (which was within 4 days of the inspection) we noticed a leak in the bathroom that was not there before. After going to the roof, in the rain, we noticed that the area had been cut and the shingles have been lifted. We know what it looked like before the leak because my husband cleaned the gutters not too long ago and walked and reviewed the roof( which is why we contacted them) We will not be hiring Rees Restoration now after this. Thank you but no thank you for damaging our roof. We have been in this house for over a year and had worst rain and weather and never have we experienced this leak.

Luckily, we take pictures of all the roofs that we inspect and would be happy to share those with you as well. It appears your last repair/replacement is what you are looking at, not something that was done during the inspection. Hopefully the company you chose got you taken care of with no issues.

June 2024 update - still waiting for a window replacement. This incident was 3 years ago. Do you ever finish a job? Has been the most frustrating experience. ————————— We hired Rees after a hail storm - in March 2021. The work on our property has yet to be finished. I have waited ample time with empty promises. Some work happened quickly (roof), rest not so much. Still waiting on a window that they scratched to be replaced. Let me know if I’m wrong - but don’t think it takes two years to make a window. Quality mediocre. Lights replaced in back only partially work. Gutters crooked. Roof leaking? I would advise considering a different company. I would hire out the work elsewhere if I could get the remainder of the insurance money. They took the initial payment and now I can’t get the work done.

For 1.5 years after getting a new roof/gutters installed, I have been dealing with leaks in my roof. I have been dealing with leaks in places that never leaked before. I have been overly patient, but enough is enough. I called again last …

We apologize that your experience with Rees Restoration to date has not lived up to any of our expectations. We continue to be committed in doing everything in our power to make this right. Things happen but as you can see from our over 500 reviews and 4.8 rating that we typically do a good job. Terrible quality work. My aunt had a tree fall on a structure at her dog rescue, Rees was contracted to do the work and this is the end result! There is an end truss that is only on the band board about a 1/2 inch. Trusses don't even meet the gutter fasci, most methed up work I've seen. They were supposed to replace 2- 6x6, 3 trusses and a new metal roof. They did only the metal roof and some jackass carpentry that does nothing for the structure. The metal roof looks like it was cut by hand snips. When she contacted the owner about it, his response was how did you get my number and passed her to Brandon. I wouldn't use em to build a bird house if this is quality work to them.

We understand the frustration and we are currently working with your Aunt's insurance company to get these items addressed that need to be done to do the work correctly. We secured the structure based on what the insurance adjuster wrote … More

This was our second time using Rees Restoration and our first time working with Eric Voss. He was kind, professional, and kept us updated throughout the entire process. Working with insurance can sometimes be a long, drawn out process, but it was a lot less stressful with his guidance and expertise. Highly recommend Rees Restoration!

Eric was able to work with us to get on the schedule immediately before inclement weather hit. He was very communicative through the process to make sure we were good with the product and final installation. Would recommend in the future

From soup to nuts, my experience with Eric Voss and the Rees Restoration team was wonderful. Eric was incredibly responsive and worked seamlessly with my insurance company. The roofers were speedy and efficient, completing the project in one day and my new roof looks fantastic!

We worked with Eric Voss on some siding updates on our home to solve some leaks in our newly purchased home. He provided 3 levels of quotes for the work, and allowed us to choose the investment we wanted to make. The crew that did the work was excellent, hardworking, and respectful.

I used Darryl Riley from Ress for my roof replacement. He was punctual, informative, and easy to work with. The job was completed on time, at estimate and clean up was completed when job was finished. My insurance company paid claim and I could not be happier.
