  I used this company 4 years ago for a roof repair after a lightening strike and was pleased overall. So when it came time for a new roof installation, I decided to use them. That turned out to be a mistake. They did not install some flashing properly and didn’t replace a rotten trim board overlying the area of the flashing. This after Cliff inspected the roof and said all was okay. They also improperly reinstalled the gutter guard that was removed during roof installation and just thrown onto the ground haphazardly. No head crew member was present for the majority of the installation to inspect the work being done. I had the flashing, trim board, and gutter guard redone by someone else I trusted because this company lost all my trust after their incompetence.

  Jeff Thank you for the 2nd review the 1st one was a lot better 5 Star.. Jeff you had a guttering repair guy inspect the roof system with out Jordan Scott Contracting Inc present. Then the photos that you emailed did not show bad wood or any problems. You don't have another company on the roof with out Jordan Scott Contracting Inc present. This voids your warranty as I said in the email i sent. Because you can not get on the roof with them your self. Then you asked me to pay for his invoice. There is nothing wrong with your roof Jeff. I was on site Mornings and afternoon's. I inspected the roof my self this is why I have a problem paying for an invoice when I know that the job was 100%.. If you read my email I said That Jordan Scott Contracting INC will install All new Guttering Guards with a 10 Year Warranty. Let me know if you would like us to install them for you Jeff. Again the roof warranty is voided and apologies. I understand that you are upset because we are not paying for work that we had know idea that it was taking place. If you would of called we would of been there to take care of the work together with the other company. Clifford Whitmer President

  Absolutely the worst contractor ive ever dealt with... no called/no showed twice which caused a delay to the entire project. ABSOLUTELY WILL NOT ANSWER PHONE CALLS OR TEXTS!! STAY AWAY FROM THESE PEOPLE!

  I had an ice dam problem with my roof and they were able to come out the same day I called to remove the ice so the leaking inside my house would stop. They corrected the guttering to prevent future ice dams and also replaced the insulation. Quick communication and great service! Highly recommend.

  I had a new shower installed in my bathroom and needed the drywall repaired all around the new installation. Jordan Scott made the repairs and it looks like a new room. The contractor was so neat and clean you could hardly tell he had been there at all. I'm very happy with the work and will remember Jordan Scott Contracting in the future.

  Excellent service from Jordan Scott Contracting. Cliff was very attentive, knowledgeable, and helped me navigate my insurance claim. The work he and his crew did on my roof and gutters completely transformed the look of my home. Will use again for all future contracting needs.

  Jordan Scott contracting took care of 2 residential projects for me. They were referred to me by my realtor, who I consider a friend and he stated that JS had done work for him. I am very pleased with the work and I felt like the price was reasonable. I would definitely recommend them and use them again if the need should arise.

  We arranged to have the roof replaced between when we closed on the house and moved in. They got it done on time and cleaned up before we got there. They didn’t charge any more than their initial quote (which was $1000 less than the other quotes I received). Would highly recommend.

  The work was completed in a timely manner, and the workers were knowledgeable, polite, and efficient. Mr. Clifford Whitmer was very helpful, and gave us good advice on how to fix our roof and ceiling problems. My husband and I would highly recommend Jordan Scott. Dependable, good service, and reasonably priced.

  This review is long overdue! Our roof began to leak during a heavy storm and Cliff not only inspected the location of the leak, he inspected the entire roof. He noticed hail damage in several locations on the roof and the siding and worked with us to get everything replaced. We had a couple of issues right after and Cliff and his team came out and fixed everything in a jiffy. Cliff is extremely professional and great to work with and very reasonable as well! Thank you for everything!

  Showed up when they said they would. Completed the roof in 2 days (complete tear off and redo) and it looks great. Did my gutters in just over 3 hours, quality work and cleaned up the site after on both jobs, roof and gutters. Would not hesitate to recommend them! Great work!
