The work appeared to have been completed, but a couple of weeks afterward, the internet repairman saw extensive water damage. Kyle looked, but did not see the damage cause. Our electrician was able to get to the damage, which was caused by the copper tube from the air conditioner was draining into the roof. We called Kyle again and informed him last week and he said he would be here today to repair it. He did not show, nor did he call. I hope he will be here tomorrow, as he said.

My house has over 4200 sf of roof and Spartan put it all on in one day. When he told me that’s what he was going to do I didn’t believe it but he did exactly what he said he was going to do.

These men did a great job on my roof. I could not be there, but it is a clean and very professional job for the roof and gutters and their color choice was excellent. They did their work quickly and on time, and they cleaned up afterwards very well. I appreciate Their work ethic.

I had my roof replaced by Spartan Roofing in May 2026, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. Randy was great to work with and went above and beyond explaining the entire step-by-step process of working with both my insurance company and mortgage company, which can be very daunting. His crew was friendly, efficient, and did an excellent job keeping the area clean throughout the project. When they finished, not a single nail was left behind. If you are looking for a trustworthy company for your roofing needs, I highly recommend giving Spartan Roofing a call. You will not be disappointed. In fact, my roof is the third out of four roofs in my family that Spartan Roofing has replaced.

This was a challenging project as far as insistence claims go but we got it done. The siding came out great and the rod is perfect.

Thanks Frank. We love working on older historical homes and refurbishing them to look brand new. The shingle roof looks great but tying in the TPO on the flat roof although challenging really set off the project. Thanks for giving us the opportunity to replace your roof.

Spartan was great. Randy and his guys are top notch. Would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof. Randy went above & beyond helping me navigate the insurance process. Randy even went so far as to call me while he was on vacation to check I. And make sure that everything was going good.
