  Based on the other reviews, I was hoping to have a good experience with this company. I couldn’t even get them to send me a quote after they came out. And I asked more than once and spoke to both Adam and Eric(owner of the company). Reply to your response: I have all the texts and calls saved and I never received a quote. Adam has my email address so he could’ve easily sent it there, but he never did. I kept asking for updates and never received anything except that he was talking to them.

  Incompetent from the office to the installation had to fire them half way through the install of the windows and hire someone else to finish and fix there horrible work

  A neighbor of mine used McCanns. Their crew used the lot I own next to my residence to turn their large truck and trailer around, which created large ruts. When confronted, the employee said he thought it was a vacant lot. As I’ve had to tell many people, it doesn’t matter if it is vacant. Someone owns the property and mowing/maintaining a lawn with ruts is a big pain. If they can’t respect neighboring properties, I wouldn’t trust them to do work on my house.

  Today my 16 year old son was having car trouble, he pulled into the closet parking lot in a panic to call me. It just so happened it was the new location of McCann’s roofing (keep in my mind, not yet open to the public!). I called my husband to go help him, it took him around 20 minutes for him to get there. As they were working on it the lady (the owner) came out asking what the problem was, my husband explained, and she said you need to hurry, this is private property, and we’re expecting a delivery- leave or I’m calling the cops. She stood there and watched them work in the heat, huffing and puffing about inconvenient this was for her business for them to be “camped out”there! Really?! Camped out! My husband said, I’m sorry we’re going as fast as we can, and even pushed the cars over out of the way, she then she proceeded to call the cops! Finally, they got it working enough to get it to the shop! Just thought y’all might want to know what actual people you’re dealing with, not the pretty, smiling dancing in the photos as the portray themselves type. It was evident they were having car trouble and not up to no good. How pathetic. I will take ALL my roofing issues elsewhere, and I hope you do too!

  Had a skylight replaced, great experience. Kennedy was kind and helpful when I first gave them a call, then Mike gave an honest assessment, communicated clearly and made sure the job was done how he said it would be done.

  I loved to see the results of my house siding and painting. This young man, Mike Hledik, did an awesome job supervising and making sure the job was done accordingly to specifications.   Joe made the process easy from inspection through the completion of work on my home. My house had to have new siding, new roof, and new gutters from storm damage.
