At Riteway Roofing & Construction LLC, we take pride in transparency, professionalism, and doing things the right way. We want to address the inaccuracies in this review clearly and directly: No Money Collected: We have never collected any money from you or your family. Our policy is clear — payment is only collected once services are agreed upon and completed. Insurance Process: It is not the contractor’s responsibility to send photos or documentation to your insurance company. That obligation is between the homeowner and the carrier. Our role is to assist, document damages, and guide homeowners through the process — not to act as the insurance company. Credibility of Review: This review contains extensive spelling and grammatical errors, making it difficult to understand and undermining its credibility. The vague details provided also do not match the way we conduct business, and we cannot locate any record of this situation in our system. Because of these issues, it is unclear whether this review was even intended for our company. We invite you to contact our office at RitewayRoofingLLC@gmail.com so we can verify whether you actually worked with Riteway Roofing & Construction LLC. Since 2015, our company has proudly served homeowners in Oklahoma and South Carolina with honesty, integrity, and quality workmanship. We remain committed to treating every customer with respect and standing behind the work we do.

It's Spring time in Oklahoma and stormy weather means damaging storms. If you need a roof replacement, be careful who you hire. We spent $16K and have a roof that leaks and the product that Riteway used is completely coming apart …

Dear Ryburn, We’re sorry to hear you're unhappy, but we feel it’s important to correct the record for the sake of transparency. Your roof was installed properly using manufacturer-approved materials, and every stage of the project was thoroughly documented through photos and communication. The manufacturer of the flat roofing material used on your project reviewed the situation and provided a written statement confirming that the issue you’re experiencing is the result of improper maintenance — specifically, debris left on the roof — and not a failure in the product or installation. This matter was not caused by defective materials or poor workmanship. It is a maintenance-related issue and therefore not covered under any workmanship or product warranty. At Riteway Roofing & Construction, we pride ourselves on delivering high-quality work and honest service. We have over 100 five-star reviews from satisfied clients who reflect our commitment to excellence. While we regret that you’re dissatisfied, your experience is an exception — not the norm — and we stand behind our work with confidence and integrity. If you’d like to have a constructive and factual discussion, we invite you to contact us directly at Email: ritewayroofingllc@gmail.com We remain available to resolve matters professionally.
