The first three are Google’s own figures for Spartan Commercial Roofing, read on 24 September 2026; the share is of every rating Google has counted, not of the review texts on this page. The median is ours — the middle figure among the Michigan roofers we list with enough ratings to compare.

Too few ratings to compare against other roofers — at 13 ratings a single unhappy customer moves this figure by several points.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

They have been out 3 times for the same leak and have not yet fixed it, but they have sent me over a $400 bill for not fixing it. Update 10/13/2020 After tearing up the pads on the roof myself and cleaning the area, I called them back out as I found a cut on the edge of one of the walking pads. They came out and repaired the leak free of charge in exchange that I would pay the $400 invoice from the first few times they were out and were not able to locate the leak. I am happy to say that we have had a good hard rain and we have no more leaks. I am adding 2 more stars for them making good on the work.

Rich, The invoice that is being mentioned in your review is from March 2020 (and still outstanding). The roof in which you are referencing to is in "Poor" condition and should be replaced. In September we did come back after you removed your walk pads and debris from the roof, and were able to take care of the issue and charged you nothing extra. We appreciate your feedback and will be looking for payment of your past due invoice. Thank you

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 13 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 13, of which 4 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Spartan Commercial Roofing. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
