We hold no one or two-star review text for Southern Exteriors, LLC. That is not the same as there being none — it means our capture did not reach any. The rating breakdown above is Google’s own count and is the number to go on.

They did a great job cleaning out the gutters and making sure they were secure for the summer rain. Great communication too. Kathy

The installers were kind, clean and efficient. We have noticed that one small section was pitched incorrectly and they will be coming back to fix it. Otherwise, great job done.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 23 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 23, of which 23 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
