  Called to have someone come out to give us an estimate. The person never showed and did not call us to cancel the appointment. Then this person showed up the next day,unannounced. Very undepentable and forget professional.

  Terrible experience. Hired to repair a leak in the roof. spent about 15 minutes applying sealant under the shingles and charged $150. It rained the next day and the leak is still there. Will not return calls. I feel totally ripped off. Stay away.

  They do some of the work and leave a huge mess do not send receipt Needed for Insurance pusrpose and do don’t complete work as they take advantage of an elderly woman who doesn’t know they didn’t complete work as contracted. Fail to return calls and emails

  Very dissatisfied with the service they provided! I have a leak on my master ceiling and garage. we called steve to come out and take a look. they gave us an estimate and we decided to have them do the job. They came out did the job while I was at work after I had told them that I would be home at 12:45, when I got home they were gone! no note saying the job was completed. I get the bill in an email and literally not even 3 days pass it rained and the roof started to leak in the same 2 spots I have the pic to prove it! I called them they came out , once again I told them to be there at the same time which they did. They went in the attic and they had to do some more fixing that was back in October. I paid the bill almost 900.00. We just had some bad weather about a week ago and guess what?? It is leaking again in the same spots. They did a horrible job if they even did anything. They were supposed to replace Plywood and a couple of tiles which I bet you they did not, but according to the estimate they gave us that's what they were gonna do. I have send 2 emails numerous of phone calls and voice massages and yet no answer from any of them.. the only time Kriss the secretary answer she apologized to my husband and said I'm gonna have Steve call you and he did not! we are still waiting, and it seems like they are screening calls because every time we call it goes into voice mail. I had to call another Roofing company to come out this week to check my roof and I'm sure I'm gonna have to do the repairs again because like I said is still leaking on the same 2 spots... I can't afford to to this all over again but I'm left with no other choice. They are unprofessional. I wouldn't recommend this roofing company to anyone and probably we have now more damages then before:. This is not the way to run a business you are supposed to be responsible and own up to your mistakes if your job wasn't preformed correctly you need to correct it and make sure The customer is satisfie

  Steve Turbeville roofing was Awesome! I was needing a new roof due to I had an old tar and gravel roof and my insurance company was killing me every year with premium increases, so I got a couple estimates. I was a bit shocked at some of the estimates so I called Steve because he gave me an estimate two years prior, I said Steve I need your help, my wife and I been saving up for this, can you still honor the old quote, he said I’ll do my best. Well he did and they were punctual, professional and got the job done in two days. I want to say Jeremy, Stu and Josh were great and even went above and beyond the original quote to make a couple of unseen issues correct. Thanks Steve and Co. you guy’s rock!

  I have to put in a beaming review for Steve Turbeville‘s roofing company ! I am an out of town on her and was ordered by my HOAto fix multiple barrel tile’s which are extremely hard to find. Steve and his company had replaced the needed tiles plus extras with the hard to find tiles before the next month . I will give his name out to anyone that needs a service very prompt and kind folks !!!!!!!

  We just had our roof replaced by Steve Turberville Roofing Inc, St Cloud,Fl and Steve and his team were very courteous and professional. They did everything he agreed to do and more.They called and started a day early,removed existing roof and hauled all debris away, nailed decking to current code requirements, repaired and replaced bad decking as needed. They cleaned up everything before they left the job site.....we have had several complements on how nice the roof looks. Job well done Thank's
