I did not like the service. I have been waiting for a job for a month and a half. I have a leak in my roof and this Roofing company has not been able to put up a tarp to cover the water. It has rained almost every day in my area.

What a nightmare!!!! Started with a knock at the door, offered a free roof inspection. Normally a "NO" however he said he was the owner of the company plus the communication was easy since he spoke Spanish so the situation was alot more comfortable. Roof was approved for a full replacement then one of the neighbors said they seen the guy creating damage on the roof. Didn't know what to do... After many sleepless nights thinking of the trouble that could come from this, my roof was complete. Thanks to God it's over. BEWARE OF THIS COMPANY.

The experience with Randall was great! He was very responsive and up front about everything. However, the actual roof replacement process has been an ongoing nightmare. We began the roof replacement process in May 2021. The roof did not get replaced until November. When they dropped off supplies (without letting us know) they put holes in my roof which damaged my kitchen and family room ceilings. It literally rained inside my house. ICAS has yet to come around to fix the interior ceiling and I have had difficulty even getting a hold of someone to discuss this with. The day my roof was replaced one of the roofers stole my satellite. It took 4 days to finally get someone to return it and it was the wrong one. It was literally thrown on the ground over my fence. We paid directv out of pocket to replace and fix the satellite.

We had our roof replaced by iCAS and throughout the entire process the staff and the installers were exceptional. Any concerns my wife and I had were addressed professionally and with care. Priscilla, Thamely, and Pedro were pretty awesome as well. I would definitely recommend this company!

I’ve been involved in thousands of property claims, and I can tell you not all roofing companies operate the same. This team stands out. They understand proper scope, documentation, and how to handle a job the right way from start to finish. Solid communication, quality work, and no shortcuts. I’d confidently refer them to anyone.

Steve Adkins came today to talk to me about a 30 year old roof replacement estimate. I had several estimates from other companies Some that didnt even leave a business card. Steve was extremely patient took the time to make sure I was comfortable and that I understood what he was explaining I was so impressed that I asked him to let me sign on the dotted lines before he finished the details. Steve showed me what a Professional he was showing PERSONAL INTEGRITY, which showed me that BFARR CONTRACTING WAS THE BEST CONTRACTOR I COULD PUT MY TRUST IN and feel comfortable with the work they are going to do!! Great Job!!!

GO WITH ICAS!! My roof is beautiful. You won’t regret it. Joey was my guy. He made sure the process was smooth, simple to understand, and properly done. He was ALWAYS there even through the insurance inspection. ICAS took care of my roof and inside damages to perfection. This entire team from the office young lady to the roofing crew was absolutely awesome and on point. Two days and all was done and cleaned up. Nails and all just gone like they were never there lol Any questions or concern I had they answered and was able to explain. They worked with me through scheduling and payments with patience and understanding. I can’t tell you how much I appreciated that. My first positive experience in dealing with a roofing company. Joey put me at ease and took his time with me. I’m a single Mom of three and had lost all hope that my roof would be done because I didn’t trust anyone from past experiences. ICAS is the team to go with. They will take great care of you and your roofing needs. Ask for Joey!!! On time and reliable.

ICAS Storm Restoration team replaced my roof last week - and the new roof looks amazing!! Gus initially walked me thru their process in the beginning and routinely kept me posted with progress updates throughout the project. I met with Pedro prior to selecting ICAS and he addressed my specific concerns relative to the repair/reroof around and uder the AC unit located on my flat roof. Hector and his team were very prompt and courteous every day they were on site (arriving before dawn & leaving after dark 4 days in a row). Their strong work ethic and daily cleanup efforts were also very much appreciated. There were a couple of minor punch list items that needed to be completed prior to the successful final inspection - but nothing unusual. Also felt like the overall pricing for my reroof project was fair and reasonable - no extra "hidden" charges at the end!! All in all, I was very satisfied with ICAS Storm Restoration and would certainly recommend them for consideration for your next roof replacement!! Ray

Steve was so great to work with and is extremely reliable. He walked us through the entire process and answered every call and question we had promptly.  Our new roof looks AMAZING. We were shocked at how clean the yard and driveway was upon completion of the job. We are very impressed with Steve and the entire crew at ICAS. No one wants to deal with getting a new roof, but ICAS and Steve will make it as quick and painless as possible. 10/10 would recommend.
