  Edited Response - We are very sorry to see our good review became a bad review. We try really hard to take great care of our customers. In your situation the check was sent back to your mortgage company two times since it was not returned correctly which resulted in the delay and we are truly sorry for that. We have already scheduled several trainings with persons at the company to provide better communication to prevent these problems in the future. Thank you for the feedback and we are very sorry to have let you down.

  Superior none! October 2018 this company was contracted for a new roof after Hurricane Michael. We had problems from the start with leaking of the roof. The roof was replaced and it started leaking in a few months after the second roof. Multiple complaints no help. Water damage done in house, warranty inspector said it needed to be replaced from ceiling to roof and everything including insulation. Roofing materials substandard and worn out after less than 5 years per inspector and other roofers. After years of complaints a warrant inspector showed up March 2023 and said it would be covered. I have called, showed up and texted Nick from Superior roofing and all I get is excuses and no fixing of this problem. Do no use this contractor.

  Tim came out on a follow-up. This can be an issue where credit is not given. But he performed as he said he would and we really appreciate this kind of service. He Just got right to work and arrived less than 48 hours after my call. 5 stars! Excellent work Tim!

  Two things are important to me: Trustworthiness and craftsmanship. I trusted Russ on his assessment of a repair job. No oversell- just a straight forward explanation with pictures. Tony did a good job and they matched the shingles very well. I wouldn't hesitate to call them for repair or replacement of your roof.

  I selected them b/c they have great ratings online. Unfortunately, I didn’t have the same experience. Between inaccurate quotes, poor communication from the sales rep and a worker who stated the job and then left this was a poor experience. I shared my feedback with the owner and project manager. Ultimately, they sent Tim to the rescue. He showed up and explained to me what needed be done to complete the job then proceeded to do it by himself for the next few hours. Impressive. It’s worth noting that the job I had done is in Vero Beach. Maybe they have a different sales staff in Palm Bay and Orlando. I personally won’t be working with Superior One again.

  Stopped by SuperiorOne's table at the flea market and spoke with Dexter who was very knowledgeable and informed me which steps to take to get approved for financing and installation of my new roof. As a first time homeowner it was overwhelming having to purchase a new roof without insurance but Dexter made me feel at ease. The financing options were affordable and the installation was done in one day! The men who worked on my roof were very efficient and cleaned up everything as promised. The only thing I would mention to anyone looking to use this company is to be patient with their communication- they are probably very busy with the deman skyrocketing for these services but they will get back to you. This still was not a dealing breaker for me because the quality and professionalim of everyone I interacted with.

  I highly recommend Superior One Roofing! I had about 5 friends recommend different roofing companies and as I was about to make my decision that I wasn't really happy with, I decided to Google a company "near me" and get 1 more quote. Well I'm so thrilled that I did! Summer (office), Krista (sales) and Sheri (project manager) were all great to work with! Communication was great, my questions answered timely and clearly from beginning to end. The whole process took about 1 month. On the day of installation the workers showed up early, got set up and started promptly at 7am. They finished my 900 sqft house by 3pm, clean up and all (including damage repairs, which was more reasonable than I anticipated). They were efficient, worked hard and very courteous when I needed to let dogs out or when I had to come and go from home a few times throughout the day. I can't say enough nice things about a company taking so much of my money, but they earned it! And trust I'm telling everyone I know, including you, reading this! Call them right now, if you need a roof!

  After researching several companies, and asking many questions, we decided to work with Mike at Superior One Roofing. He’s very knowledgeable, professional, always accessible; and was able to have the entire job done in one day. We are so happy with our new roof. We highly recommend.

  After calling 5 other roofing companies I finally called superior one and wished I called them first. Not only did they come right out and give me a piece they actually showed up when they said the would. The crews did a great job and left the job site very clean. Highly recommend them to anyone looking for a roof. They did an amazing job handling the insurance work as well.

  My family recently went through the process of getting our roof replaced. After meeting with multiple companies we decided to go with Superior One Roofing. We liked the reviews we read online and their Project Manager Mike was very informative and said he would be there for us throughout the whole process which we really liked. We were very happy with the work and cleanliness of the crew and overall had a great experience. We would recommend this company to all our friends and family.
