  Worst roofing company ever. Took them 3 months to complete the job which caused me costly problems with loan company. Then overcharged me $1000 of fees. Do not recommend this company at all.

  Carlos, We apologize for any frustration you experienced. We aim to offer a better experience. Regarding the additional fee of $889.23 for permitting and engineering, this is listed at the beginning of the contract as an exclusions. Both Permitting and Engineering are required by the city for the reroof and were billed at actual cost as stated in the contract. The project timeline was delayed primarily due to the permit approval process and multiple weather delays. As soon as the permit was approved, and weather allowed you were scheduled. We fulfilled our contractual obligations and completed the project with only the initial deposit received, despite our policy requiring 65% at dry-in and the remaining balance at final inspection. We apologize if this created any issues with your loan process which was beyond our control. Please contact our office if you would like to discuss any further.

  John, What you are implying is false. From the initial demanding and threatening phone call from you regarding the leak our Project Manager Andrew arrived within 30 minutes to investigate and mitigate the issue. Which you in turn called back and apologized. We followed all appropriate protocol at fixing the leak and repairing any interior damage. Andrew went above and beyond to ensure the apartment was protected during the repair given Eric’s condition. We have tried on multiple occasions to complete the interior work and have been denied access by Eric. The delay in completion is not from a lack of trying on our end. If Eric would like to further discuss this, please contact the office. 954-426-3312 or the association as we are in contract with them.

  Run don't walk away from this company. They installed a roof on my home 5 years ago and I've developed several leaks. When you spend a lot of money on a roof and it comes with a warranty you don't expect leaks! but if so, you expect the company to come and repair it promptly. It's been over 2 weeks and I've not had any response. This is what you dread having happen with a roofer. I have a photo of a wet spot in the middle of my dining room ceiling but it’s hard to get a good photo, white on white, and another leak in my living room that I cosmetically painted over because my house was on the market, until these leaks forced me to take it off. I’m not happy at all!

  Lois, Sorry to hear that you are unsatisfied. The first leak was reported back in August and we were out within a few days. After inspection of the roof, the leak was determined to be coming from the wall, not the roof. As a courtesy to you, we repaired the wall for you at no charge. Our records indicate you have not performed any of the necessary roof maintenance since the completion of your roof to keep the warranty in good standing. Yes, you did call 2 weeks ago and we are currently 3-4 weeks backlogged due to the rain and are working as quickly and efficiently as humanly possible.

  Southern Coast did a great job replacing our roof. They were very neat, respectful of our property and did an excellent all around job. All my neighbors are complimenting us on our new roof. The staff were very nice especially both Mat the foreman and Matt the salesman.

  Had my 17 year old roof replaced, the roof was completed yesterday and inspection was done today. Southern Coast was organized, responsive, respectful of property, thru worked clean and efficiently. Matt (Project Mgr) did an excellent job- highly recommend.

  Southern Coast was great, seamless process from start to finish. Extremely happy with the final results and will continue to use them on any roofing projects moving forward. Project manager Matt was on site through the whole process answering any questions I had. THIS IS WHY YOU GO WITH FAMILY OWNED BUSINESS!!!   Great communication during the quoting and selection process. Pat answered all of my questions with examples, photos, and addresses of his work. The time to get tile materials was very long but that is not under his control. He offered multiple options for materials that would be shorter, I just picked the longest lead time design.

  I hired Southern Coast Enterprises to install a new roof as well as a new flat roof with an architectural pitch to help with the standing water. Where do I begin, this company is not only extremely professional, punctual, and communicative, they take pride in their work. From the start of the job there were no hiccups. Their crews worked quickly to remove my old roof and install the new one. Each day the cleaned their work areas, covered my paver driveway with a large tarp to protect it, picked up any nails left behind, and their crews were always very nice. I highly recommend this company to anyone looking to replace their roof of any style.
