  Sylvia, the $500.00 we charged was for broken tiles and reseal pipes and probably your chimney. The chimney was sealed. It turns out you have a much bigger problem. We tried to fix it with a small caulking job but sometimes you have to do a much bigger job.   Matt, I am sorry this has happened. About the felt. We can not know for sure if the felt is bad in all, some, or most areas, because 100% of the felt is covered by the tiles. We have to then go by the age of the roof. I tried research your name in our database to learn more about your job but your name on here does not match the names in our call sheet. So, unfortunately I just have to take your word for everything and I can not say what we actually did or did not do. It makes accurately responding to this type of situation impossible for me. Leave them your number and I will reach out to you and we will do our best to respond appropriately to all your issues. It is our goal to only have satisfied customers. It is obvious we have failed.   I highly, highly recommend Jesse of South County Roofing. In an era where good workman are often hard to find, he is an all-star. He has taken care of our roof for several roof and kept it excellent condition due to his tile work. Jesse is reliable, knowledgeable, and very easy to work with. He is the only person I want working on my roof.

  I hired Brian at South County Roofing for an independent inspection on a property I was considering. He was fantastic and extremely knowledgeable down to the make and manufacturer of a 2007 clay roof tile. He didn’t upsell and clearly pointed out what needed to be repaired and what could be delayed.   I had Jessie come out and do an estimate on my roof. What a nice guy he was honest and efficient and instead of trying to sell me a new roof, he explained to me what was really going on and what I personally could do about it and didn’t try to scam me like the other multiple roofers that have been out to see me. Most of the roofers in Orange County want a $5000-$10,000 minimum to do anything to your house so they just tell you that it cost 5000 to fix something small. Jessie did not do that. I will be referring him to everyone

  We have engaged South County Roofing several times now to replace broken tiles and general repair for the roof and most recently to repair a roof leak. The crew is always professional and their pricing is fair and Brian will never ask you to do more than what is needed. So refreshing not to be gouged by a contractor.

  South County Roofing earned a solid 10 rating! My neighbor had used this company the previous year and I was very impressed with their detailed workmanship and care they showed to both our properties. After my roof developed a leak during our recent storms, I did not hesitate to call Brian, an owner. Within 24 hours Brian returned my call and a date was scheduled for William to inspect my roof. William was awesome to work with throughout the entire repair process. He is exceptionally knowledgeable and provided me with repair options. William and Javier showed up on time each day and took great care to minimize further damaging my roof. Throughout the process William sent me photos of the damaged roof that reenforced his initial repair estimate. I knew the estimate was reasonable and fair. If I ever need another roof repair in the future, I will not hesitate to call this company.
