  I called them based on the good reviews to schedule an appointment. Somebody picked up the phone and after I said hi, they hung up on me, then rejected my calls afterwards! Weird.

After dealing with roof concerns for a long time and having several roofers inspect it, we were relieved to finally get a solid solution. Over time, when a few areas needed attention, the team responded and helped address the issues so the roof system performed better. That follow-up support gave us more confidence in the workmanship and the materials. herbert also made it clear what to expect after installation and how important long-term roof performance is for a home.   they did an outstanding job on our roofline, siding, and gutters. we had some rotted wood around the windows and along parts of the exterior trim, and they repaired it fast before starting the siding and roofing-related work. the crew was very hardworking, polite, and professional. every day they cleaned up well and made sure everything was ready for the next step. i worked with ross, and he always stayed in touch whenever i had questions. he took the time to meet with me, explain the repairs, and walk through the details so i felt comfortable with the whole project. you could tell this team really knew roofing, flashing, trim, and exterior repair work. their workmanship and attention to detail were top notch. the project moved quickly and smoothly, and they finished in less than a week. they also installed clean white aluminum trim around the windows, and the finished look made the house look sharp and well protected. the new siding, gutter work, and exterior repairs gave the home a fresh updated appearance. overall, we are extremely happy with the results. everything was left completely clean, and the crew did an awesome job. i would gladly recommend them to anyone needing roofing, siding, gutter, or exterior repair services.

  i’m really impressed with the customer service when i asked for an estimate on a new roof in Mission Viejo. ross came out and shared a lot of helpful information about roofing options for my low slope roof and the best way to fix an ongoing leak. Instead of pushing a full roof replacement right away, he took time to inspect the attic and found that the ventilation was very poor, which can lead to moisture buildup and roof leaks. He explained several practical ways to improve the attic airflow first, including better venting to help the roof system perform the way it should in our warm CA climate. He also said he could send over reroof options later once i’m ready and after the ventilation issues are corrected. i really felt like he had my best interest in mind and cared about helping my family spend money wisely. What stood out most was how honest and thorough he was. Other roof inspectors had looked at my leaking roof before, but ross was the first one to point out that ventilation could be a big part of the problem. He even mentioned that he talks through unique roofing situations with others on his team so he can bring back the best advice possible. i truly appreciated that extra effort. i would gladly recommend this roofing service to friends and family, and i’m thankful to have a roofer i can trust going forward.

  Our careful research and choosing the right roofer really paid off with Wright Brothers Roofing & Construction. From the first meeting, Ross, the project manager, explained each step of the roof replacement in a clear and simple way. He went over the roofing materials, the crew plan, and how they would complete the work efficiently in a single day. He also helped us look at shingle color options that would complement our home’s style while still making its architectural details stand out. The professionalism continued all through the job. When the crew arrived, Ross and Brendan managed every part of the roofing process, from carefully placing tarps to protect the property and control debris from the old shingles, to installing the underlayment and water barrier, to laying down and securing the new shingles with care. Everything felt organized, skilled, and well handled from start to finish. What stood out most was the attention to detail during cleanup. After the main work was done, the property already looked very clean, and we thought the job was complete. But Brendan noticed there was still a little more cleanup to finish. The equipment had only stopped because it needed more fuel, and as soon as that was handled, the crew got right back to work and completed the final cleanup. Honestly, most people would not have noticed the difference, but they did. That level of care says a lot about their standards. They did not cut corners, and they made sure the roofing job and the cleanup were both done right. The whole experience felt professional, smooth, and dependable, and we are very happy with the final result.

  Herbert came out and pointed out every problem area on my roof so nothing was missed. He was there during the insurance inspection and helped make sure the adjuster saw the storm damage, worn shingles, and other roofing issues. Once the claim was approved, he walked me through the replacement choices in a simple way and explained what would work best for my home in Mission Viejo. The crew used high quality roofing materials, including GAF shingles and related products, and the whole process felt professional from beginning to end. When the job needed some extra plywood during the tear off, Herbert personally picked it up right away so the roof install stayed on schedule.   I had my roof replaced and i’m very happy with the work. ross was easy to work with, and the process started with a simple online estimate that was quick and not pushy. he later came out to go over the roofing plan with us, answer questions, and talk through the roof replacement in a clear way. We received a fair quote for the new roof, and the quality of the shingles, materials, and installation really stood out.
