  "We’re disappointed to hear about Kevin’s experience, especially since our team made every effort to meet his needs with transparency, professionalism, and respect. To clarify a few essential points: Kevin refers to a 32-point inspection, which is a detailed Roof Inspection Report. This service is offered at a higher price point. However, he elected and paid for our On-Time Roof Diagnosis, which is a different service. Also, these services can be credited towards any authorized roof-related work. 2. Kevin specifically requested a ventilation estimate for his garage and attic storage areas. Our Estimator and Roofing Advisor worked closely with him to design, specify, and price an appropriate passive intake and exhaust system. These discussions were detailed and collaborative. 3. Regarding the condition and estimated lifespan of his composition shingle roof—Kevin asked for this information, and we responded with a tailored roof rejuvenation recommendation, which included treatment options to extend roof life. 4. As for the mention of high-pressure sales tactics, we are genuinely surprised by that characterization. All of our recommendations were presented in good faith via Zoom consultations, emailed estimates, and follow-up emails, allowing Kevin time and space to consider his options.   The repair was not performed to the detail specified in the original inspection and written quote. Instead of repairing the entire 100 sq ft area as specified in the quote, only a very small area was repaired that was found to be causing the leak. However, there were other areas within that 100sq ft that were also causing water intrusions. It took another 3 visits over several months to get the additional holes repaired, all of which should have been done the first time. I ended up being on the hook for all of the additional costs to repair drywall, baseboards and paint from these repeated leaks. I'd definitely stay away from this company. They were also supposed to install a small section of gutters but that never happened as set appointments were no shows. Eric, the original estimator was impossible to get a hold of to voice my concerns. Texts, voicemails, and messages with the front office all went unreturned.

  Mark and the Rescue Roofer team were terrific. We have a flat roof that had some leaks and they gave us a fair price and completed the work quickly. They took photos of the work that was completed since I could not see it from the ground. I highly recommend them.

  I was very pleased with this company from start to finish. They showed up on time and repaired a large section of our roof. The communication with Mark and Juan was excellent. Photos of the damage were included with the bid proposal and also after completion of the job. Hopefully I wont need a roofing company anytime soon bet if I do I will be calling Rescue Roofer.

  I knew Rescue Roofer was the one to go as soon as I talked to the owner. The work done by Nasson, Carlos and the crew was superb and the level of responses and attention to detail is great. I like the fact that Rescue Roofer will go back and do a final inspection after we have our solar panel put back on. I will recommend Rescue Roofer to all my friends.

  I contacted Rescue Roofer for a leak in my garage and to fix some broken tiles on my roof that my house painter found while painting the house. The technician that came out to do the assessment was very thorough and spent about an hour checking the entire roof. He share several pictures of the conditions. I was surprised about the professionalism of the entire process. The contract meeting was done via zoom and they gave me several options with pictures of the recommend repairs and there was no high pressure selling and they did a great job and I would recommend them to others.
