Is so inconvenient that they don't take over the phone payments

  Reply from the business

Hi there, I apologize that we didn’t meet your expectations! Unfortunately, it is against our company policy to take credit card payments over the phone. Like most all other merchants, we require a photo I.D. to verify identity upon purchase. Thank you for your understanding! Brandon Riddle

Was in need of some shingles since I had some broken ones on the roof. I spoke to Bill who let me know to stop by and that he’ll help me find the right ones. Nice people and helped me find what I needed. Will be back!
