  I had contracted with Archway to replace a roof and gutters on a house needing rehab. Selected specific days and they assured me they would be there those days as I wanted to inspect the roof before the underlayment was placed. They did the job the day BEFORE and told me it was the crew leader's mistake. Then roofing was done WAY early in the morning and they were leaving when I arrived. Never bothered to tell me there were termites in the structure - subsequent contractors found them nested at the roof line. Left the starting row of shingles with a large hole which shows the drip guard underneath. This was done by the manager so he knew about this when he inserted the drip guards.

  Archway handled a $120,000 claim. They did all the back and forth with the insurance company, I was hands off. Since then, I've used them for minor external repair. Shane does a good job and ensures you get the maximum out of your claim.

  I was at the gas station putting air in my tires, when i was done i got back in my car to leave. Upon doing so i realized my car had died! I looked around frantically as i tried to figure out what i would do. 2 young men from Archway Storm Restoration came over and offered to help without hesitation!!! The young men pushed my car to a better spot, helped me jump my car & were generous enough to let me use his air compressor to air up my tires. These two young men went completely above and beyond for a stranger and I am blown away by their kindness and humanity! Thank you so so much!!!!

  Ausome experience! Archway Restoration is very experienced and professional. They worked with my insurance company side by side to make sure everything was perfect fixing my storm damage. Very fast and thorough, crew was very professional, timely and cleanup with spotless. Couldn't of had a better experience. .

  Archway was terrific when we needed our roof repaired following hail damage. Shane was our project manager. We not only had damage to our roof, but also to some of our siding. Shane worked diligently with our insurance carrier to maximize their reimbursement. The work they did was impecable. Initially, our siding did not match with the replacement that they installed, but at no additional cost, Shane found matching siding and redid the job so that once completed, the repair matched perfectly. It was so easy to just hand the needed work over to Archway and be done with the repair to our satisfaction - it was a job well done.
