  Been waiting for 8 weeks for an issue with roof installed in 2019. Someone came out, showed me pictures and said someone would call me. No one has. It is very frustrating.

  Don't utilize this company. We had a roof done and the tiles failed. Brian does not follow up and does not return phone calls. When he is reached he only gives excuses of how it is someone else fault. We are going to have to sue him to get our roof right. Again don't utilize this company.

  We acknowledge that Malarkey Roofing Products experienced production issues with their Legacy shingles during this particular year. As a result, we have informed the homeowner that this is a manufacturer defect and advised them to file a claim directly with Malarkey under their product warranty. This issue is entirely unrelated to workmanship or installation quality. It is unfortunate that this homeowner has chosen to speak negatively about our company over a matter beyond our control, as product warranties are solely the responsibility of the manufacturer. Furthermore, it is important to note that during our previous business transaction several years ago, this homeowner withheld final payment, requiring us to pursue legal action to secure the amount owed. Despite this, we extended a flexible payment arrangement to assist them. Due to this past experience, we made the business decision not to engage in future projects with them. We wish them the best, and we are confident that any frivolous claims made against our company will be handled appropriately by our legal team.   Brian and his crew were amazing! He was able to get my roof replaced by insurance after dealing with other roofers not willing to make the effort. The savings are real. He really understands how to work with insurance companies and knows the business. Brian is highly professional and that comes across from the initial contact all the way through to the end of the project. Highly recommended on any roofing project.

  Brian is incredibly accommodating and kind. He came out for a roof inspection and told me everything about it from the grading down to any damage (thankfully there was none!). He kept me well-informed about home inspection processes and what that will look like selling my home. Should we need to replace, we will be using him and would recommend getting him out to look at your roof.

  Our new roof took one day to install. The roofers were greet - they cleaned up and they hauled off the dumpster after cleaning up the yard. It passed inspection and looks very nice! Roof replacement was under warranty for defective shingles by manufacture so no cost to us Thank you!

  Brian contacted me about an issue with the manufactures’ shingles. Lauri was great in working with me to get the project going to replace the roof. Job was done on the day it was scheduled, the crew was polite and cleanup was great. This is my second Sorensen Roof and I would trust no other company to do such a great job.   This is the third time we've used Sorensen for our roof replacement and they are great! Every time Brian and Lauri were with us every step of the way! We had special circumstances in spring of 2025, and they did everything from the very start and all the way to the end to help us. THANK YOU both!!!! They are always available to answer our questions and concerns. The crews they have sent are always quick and efficient, and most important they get the job done right and safely!
