  Very unprofessional, a older male was driving down 47th when he cut me off,as I honked at him I was responded with the middle finger very rude an very unprofessional to do while driving a company vehicle

  I apologize for this issue. I have addressed this issue with all of our drivers. I was informed by this driver that he signaled first for some time, to move into the left lane to get on highway 34. He feels that with proper signal, he did not cut you off and no middle finger was given. I have reviewed our vehicle video camera and it is consistent with his statement that no middle finger was given. I did see a Ford Explorer on the video that is behind our truck, and appeared to have enough room for the truck to move into the lane. Nonetheless, I have spoken to all of our drivers and given a reminder to be safe and courteous while driving. I appreciate your making me aware of this, however, we use this platform to review the quality of our work and customer service. I have never received a negative review of our driving. Again, I apologize for this and have addressed the issue with all of our team.

  Gus roofing had the best quote compared to about four other companies and completed the job within a week from the time I told them I wanted to go with them. They also were the first available to come out and give me a quote so they are quick and fair priced. The quality of their work is also good.

  Working with Aileen and Gus was a pleasure. I was in need of a new roof due to age and hail damage, and learned that my insurance wasn’t going to cover it because it was an actual cash value policy with a high deductible. I called a number of roofers to get out-of-pocket quotes, and was lucky to find Gus Roofing in the mix. Gus came out and got me a competitive quote quickly. Aileen was always prompt and responsive, letting me know what was happening each step of the way. They were able to schedule me quickly before colder weather, and the job was completed in a single day. Gus came out to do the final inspection, and I was happy with the result. I’d highly recommend them for any roofing needs!
