  Beware of T-Bare Roofing's Dishonest and Shady Sales Practices I had a highly disappointing experience with T-Bare Roofing, and I feel compelled to warn others about their shady sales tactics. From the start, it was clear their primary focus was squeezing as much money as possible from customers while cutting corners wherever they could. During my interactions with their sales team, I noticed a lot of misleading information. They promised top-of-the-line materials and professional service, but what I got was far from it. After speaking with other customers who had similar experiences, it became evident that they regularly use the cheapest materials available, all while charging outrageous prices. What really upset me was their lack of transparency. They quote you one thing, but then additional fees and hidden costs seem to magically appear. I later found out they cut corners by using subpar products that won’t last long-term. They do everything they can to make their work look professional at first glance, but underneath the surface, it’s clear they are just trying to maximize profits with the least amount of effort. If you're considering T-Bare Roofing, I would highly advise against it. Dishonesty, inflated prices, and substandard materials should not be part of any home improvement experience.

  Bad customer service. Not as per they promised. I have no complaints about the work but william said he will think about it regarding the price when we first started the job. But no change in it.

However, T Bare Roofing is an ethical company that takes great pride in our work, providing the utmost customer service. We are a company that strives to meet all facets of business ethics- honesty, integrity, compassion, respect, responsibility, loyalty, transparency, and abiding by the law. Unfortunately, in this situation, you conspired against our core values. T Bare Roofing will never waive a deductible to earn a potential client’s business. Lastly, waiving a deductible is a felony for both parties (homeowner and contractor). As agreed, prior to work commencement, the deductible is the only financial responsibility (by law) for the client. We hope you understand our position. If you could, please remove this review in light of the fact that this is an unethical request as it does not appertain to the service you had with T Bare Roofing.

  Representative was unprofessional, disrespectful and rude. You would think that after telling someone that you are not interested 3 separate times that they would get the hint and move on, not this jerk, his mouth kept running. For that simple reason I would never do business with this company. In response to the T Bare Roofing response. Your response is more proof that your business is more concerned about your own interests than those of potential customers. You started by attacking my review without consideration of the facts being true and followed by covering for the actions of your minion employee. Unlike Premier Roofing who took the high road and responded to my review with an apology for their representatives actions, Premier is a company that does understand how to treat a potential customer and is willing to provide an apology when their representatives act in an unsavory manner. because of their sincere response, I decided to remove the review from their website. This review is not invalid, it is what happened in my own front yard. Any individual/business coming to me or my door and continues with their sales pitch after it has been clearly indicated that I am not interested is being rude and disrespectful. I set this account up because of the proliferation of those that are obviously more interested in their advancement/profit margin than doing what's right, and be kind, courteous and respectful of a prospective customer's wishes. Your response insures that this review will stay up.

  I had the pleasure of working with Adam. His knowledge was very much appreciated and he took the "con out of contractor." Adam was thorough in his inspection and noted other areas of concern, in which he gave references of who we can reach out to. Adam and T Bare are defiantly the company we will reach out to when it is actually time to have work done on our roof! Thank you, Adam!

  I would highly recommend T Bare Roofing, as I had the pleasure of working with Adam. He was so helpful when it came to picking out colors and what type of Singles would work. He had come out after 6 months to make sure the roof was looking perfect He truly is a perfectionist.

  Adam is a complete professional. He did all the work with the insurance company and walked me through the whole process. He has checked in with me multiple times since the roof was done nine months ago. He has been extremely helpful making sure I received the rebates promised. I will definitely be referring my friends and coworkers if they are in need of roof repairs.

  T Bare Roofing was a great company to work with for my roof replacement. Throughout the process, I felt like I was one of their most important customers. If I had a question, it was answered. If I had a concern, it was addressed. A BIG, BIG special thank you to Joey Spransy who was available to talk to me at any time. He almost always picked up when I called or got back to me the same day. Joey made my experience great! I had never replaced a roof before, so I was a bit nervous and had a lot of questions.   Tbare has been nothing but great. originally our insurance was only going to cover part of our roof repair, tbare fought for and walked us through the whole process, making the whole thing less stressful. We ended up getting the whole roof covered. Eric has been patient with all my questions and has really gone above and beyond. We are grateful their honesty, reliability and expertise!

  T Bare roofing did a great job with my roof replacement. I worked with Eric Brazel and he was so helpful during the whole process. He came to the assessment appointment with the insurance adjuster and pointed out other damages that they missed around my property! Eric made sure everything was within code requirements for my area, and checked in during the process. T Bare has bean a pleasure to work with and I would highly recommend for anyone needing a new roof!

  Brad and Juan have done a wonderful job working with us since last year's hail & windstorm in and around the Sedalia area. They set-up the free inspection and determined the damage to our roof, gutters, windows, outbuildings, etc. They worked closely with the insurance inspector and most of the repairs have been completed quickly with excellent results. We wanted to wait for the spring for the roofing to be completed on the outbuildings and that is now scheduled to be completed in the next few weeks. Both Brad & Juan have shown themselves to be honest, knowledgeable & friendly to work with. I appreciate all the help, guidance and information they gave us during this process.
