  Do not use this company. Did a so so job. Only did hafe the work and left stuff in the yard. Still finding nails. Call anyone else if you need a roof! Your guys broke a line going in the attic condenser and water leaked in to a room and destroyed 3/4 of the floor and your response was "we they sed they didn't do it" I will never say anything good about your company

  Questionable integrity- Summit Roofing gave me an estimate, and then promptly increased their price by $1000 once they saw my insurance claim amount. They offered me no upgrades to the roof, did not offer to work with me on the deductible, etc. When questioned about this price change, they explained it was because if they did not claim this extra money then it would go to no one. When I questioned why they would be the only people benefiting from this price increase, they just kept repeating themselves that if the money went unclaimed, then no one would get it. This company wasted my time and now I am having to wait even longer to get my roof fixed with tar paper showing and winter on the way. I was hung up on at the conclusion of this conversation. The company also put a sign in my yard without my permission and without a signed contract. Overall unprofessional and questionable ethics.

  Zach is absolutely amazing! He inspected our roof and assisted us with the best options possible and ended up saving us a few thousand dollars on our homeowners insurance. He was very honest and upfront and did not push anything on us it was greatly appreciated and I recommend his services to everyone.
