Expected a clean and precise metal roof installation, and that is exactly what was delivered, with the crew completing the project in about three days. They carefully addressed some tricky angles around the dormers, which had been a concern from previous roofing work.

I expected an extensive repair, but they managed to replace only a few damaged shingles and resealed some areas in under three hours. The cost was less than anticipated, and the roof has held up well since.

I was concerned about the previous reviews mentioning delays, but the crew arrived promptly and completed our gutter installation in under four hours. They also took time to ensure the downspouts were strategically placed, which has improved water flow away from our foundation.

The problem was a few loose shingles that led to water seeping into the attic, and though the patch was done quickly and appears solid, I wish they had taken more time to clean up the debris left on the driveway.

The roof replacement took three full days, which seemed reasonable given the size of our house and the complexity involved. It's been two weeks since completion, and I haven't noticed any issues or leaks despite recent heavy rain.

Roof Leaking After a Storm? Here's What to Do Before It Gets Worse A damaged roof after a storm isn't just inconvenient — it's a race against time. Every hour of exposure means more water soaking into your insulation, ceilings, and walls, turning a small repair into a major (and expensive) renovation. That's exactly where Emergency Roof Tarping comes in. It's a temporary but critical fix that seals off the damaged area, stopping rain, wind, and debris from entering your home while a permanent repair is scheduled. Think of it as first aid for your roof — buying you time without risking further damage. At Solid Roofing Services, we've seen how quickly a small leak turns into a ceiling collapse or mold problem when it's left unaddressed. Our team responds fast, tarps the affected area properly (not just thrown over and hoped for the best), and makes sure your home stays protected until real repairs can begin. If you're dealing with storm damage, missing shingles, or an active leak right now, don't wait for it to spread. 📍 Solid Roofing Services 186 Lincoln St, East Orange, NJ 07017, USA Call us today — a quick tarp now can save you thousands in repairs later.10 hours agoCall now
