I would highly recommend LGM Roofing to anyone. Out of the five companies I contacted for quotes, they were the only one that arrived at the initial meeting with a technician ready to get on my 40-foot roof and perform a thorough inspection. They explained all of my options clearly, and I felt well guided throughout the entire process. Their team was professional, friendly, and responsive. They handled questions from me, my tenants, and even my neighbors quickly and amicably. One feature I especially appreciated was their project updates: throughout the job, they uploaded photos and videos of the work in progress and provided me with a link so I could follow along every step of the way. They cleaned all areas well at the end of each day and gave updates on what equipment and items would be left on site even if it were only for a few hours. I wouldn't hesitate to use them again.

Carlos went above and beyond in replacing our roof in Brooklyn. He was very easy to work with. The project involved removing the roof and all the supporting structures. The new roof was built from “the ground up”. I was keep abreast of the work through many pictures during the process. The estimate was comprehensive which included many small details. I highly recommend LGM for any roof replacement or installation. He did exactly what he promised and more.
