  ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Absolutely Outstanding Roofing Company! I honestly couldn’t be happier with my experience from start to finish. This roofing company was absolutely awesome, and I was extremely impressed with the professionalism of the entire team. From the very beginning, Carlos, who I originally met with, was wonderful to work with. He was professional, knowledgeable, and made me feel confident that I had chosen the right company for my roof. He took the time to explain everything and made the process easy from the start. On the first day of the project, the crew showed up right on time with a large group of professional, hardworking workers. They were organized, respectful, and worked incredibly efficiently. They removed both layers of my old roof and installed the plywood all in ONE day! I was amazed at how quickly they got everything done while still doing such a thorough job. I also had a City loan that required the roofing company to work with specific requirements and paperwork, and they were more than willing to work with me throughout the process. They were accommodating and made that part of the experience so much easier, which I truly appreciated. My project manager, Mike, was fantastic. He was always readily available to answer my questions and kept me informed throughout the process. Luis, the operations manager, was also wonderful and made sure everything was running smoothly. It was clear that there was an entire team working together, and I was genuinely impressed with how organized and professional everyone was. Another thing I really appreciated was their competitive and fair pricing. I felt like I received excellent value for the quality of the work, the professionalism of the crew, and the overall service they provided. I never felt like I was being pressured or taken advantage of, and that meant a lot to me. The entire process was smooth, professional, and stress-free.   SoCal Roofing Solutions did an excellent job doing a complete roof replacement on our house. Carlos, the owner, was very patient and prompt in answering all my questions and concerns regarding the whole process. He appears to really care about customer satisfaction. I also worked with Edwin, the onsite supervisor. He was easy and helpful to work with. He gave me some great recommendations of using polyfresko on part of our roof and to add rafter supports to fix the sagging rake on our roof . He made sure I was satisfied with the work done and fixed any issues I had, quickly. Their price is in the middle out of the 5 estimates I got. Overall, I am very satisfied with their job and would highly recommend them for a complete roof replacement.

  We recently had our tile roof replaced by SoCal Roofing Solutions, and the installation process was very efficient and organized from start to finish. The crew was professional & courteous and the project managers kept us informed every step of the way, which was crucial as we were inexperienced with re-roofing project. The pricing was reasonable, and the office staffs & project managers handled all the permit and city inspection seamlessly. The actual tile reset took only 3 days for our 1,500 sq ft roof and was minimally disruptive to our daily lives. The crew used modern heat resistant synthetic underlayment material (Westlake Royal Tileseal HT) and paid close attention to details. In additon, the new skylights made our home brighter as well as air & water sealed unlike the old ones. They thoroughly cleaned up after each day of roofing job and made sure that no nail or debris was left behind. Their work is even backed up by 15 year workmanship warranty.

  Using SoCal Roofing was the right choice for me and my business. We shopped around for quotes and SoCal was by far the most competitive. While it was well-priced, the service was also exceptional. The crew and staff were communicative, friendly, and fair. We are so happy with our new roof and with the experience we had. I would recommend SoCal Roofing Solutions to anyone.

  Recently, I had a roofing issue and immediately thought of Carlos, who had helped me with a roof job in the past. I gave him a call, and he quickly sent someone over for a free estimate. The estimate was thorough, detailed, and very reasonable — so we decided to go with his company again. From that point on, everything moved quickly. They scheduled the job promptly and showed up right on time. The team completed the work efficiently and with great quality. They also handled communication very well, not only with me but also with my neighbor and the tenants living nearby — which I really appreciated. Carlos, Edwin — thank you both very much for your professionalism and care. Highly recommended!

  Carlos, Luis, José, Diana, Jessica were instrumental in helping us succeed in getting our new roof installed! We recently moved into an older home with about a 40 year old roof. The shingles were visibly losing durability and there were definitely leaks that were affecting the integrity of the home. Carlos provided a very thorough assessment of what needed to be done to get the job completed and provided a comprehensive breakdown of our options for a new roof. While the tile roof was a beauty, we decided to stick with the traditional shingle roof to maintain consistency (and to save ourselves a few bucks in the short term)! But nonetheless, we were impressed by our range of options from the team. On the day of the installation, José helped manage the crew and the demolition of the existing roof was nearly seamless. The crew cleaned up and we didn't find even a single nail remaining anywhere around our property. Amazingly, the entire project was completed in about 3 days with a day in between for materials delivery. The team also helped us remove our gutter screens that were piling up with pine needles, something we appreciated so much!! The team was very communicative throughout the process and when we were concerned that our new HVAC system may have been affected during the roof replacement, the team sent someone out right away to get it checked out. Turns out our thermostat was just a bit wonky but everything was just fine! In conclusion, Carlos and team did an amazing job and went above and beyond. We love our new roof and we'll be reaching out to the team for all our future roofing needs. We suggest you do so as well!
