  Not who they use to be. They use To be prompt n courteous. Now they lag and don't keep appts.

  You called on Monday to report your leak and told us we couldn't come till Wednesday. We told you when you called it in on Monday that we couldn't make an appointment because of the amount of calls we've had with these heavy rains. On Thursday when we tried to meet with you, you said you couldn't meet us at the time we would be in your area so we tried again on Monday and again you couldn't meet us. We are trying again today...hopefully you can make time in your schedule to meet us. We are very prompt as most roofers aren't even answering their phones right now!

  I had my roof done by Cassidy Roofing last year and they left a mess. I had just had my driveway and patio poured with new cement and they left asphalt all over my Spa deck, driveway and patio. I called and one of the Cassidy’s came out and surveyed the mess and tried to clean up (quite unsuccessfully). The spa cover literally looked worse when he was done that when he started. As of now I have had to replace my spa deck and my spa cover. (Which cost more than the roofing) After several months and an endless battery of excuses, Cassidy finally came to the table and offered a small sum of money (not even covering the cost and shipping on the spa cover). I never cashed the check. Now I have gravel coming off of the roof any time there is wind or rain. It seems as if this job will never stop reminding me of the poor decision I made hiring Cassidy Roofing

  My HOA appointed Cassidy roofing to replace roof on my condo unit since it has leak. Chad, I believe is the owner, was surprisingly very nice to care to call and text me when he got early opening to do it faster than initial schedule. His worker came Thursday 15 May to remove the old rood and came back the next day to place a new one. The workers team was lead my young man by the name of Rodolfo and also very very polite to explain.I met him only one time in the morning of Thursday. I left for work around 9.30am and did not get the chance to meet him again after they finished the next day because I work double shifts. Saturday morning finally I have the chance to see it and tried to compare with the roof on neighbors unit. Fyi, we are in a uniformed condo unit, basically all outdoor appearance looks exactly the same. I have no experience at all with shingles type of roof because in my home country we only used hardened clay or ceramics type. I can only see with an untrained eyes that it looks different from the rest of the other condos. IT looks uneven and the shingles roof did not reach to the edge. There is a black plate about 10 inches wide on the edge. Even my neighbor advice me to just call and ask whether it s still need some final touch, because he saw it as well. But again, we both has zero experience nor the knowledge about shingles roof. So Monday morning I was trying to get a hold on Chad but was answered by a lady (I assume also one of the owner, from her tone). I was trying to talk to Chad since I know he will be able to understand that not all customers are American and I believe he can explain well. But the lady did not get me Chad and she just said yes the work is final and it has been approved by her supervisor. I still wish I can speak to Chad. I do understand some works might not have 100% exact looks like the neighbors roofs but definitely anyone can see the new roof is not looking flat, bit wavy and there is wide black plate on the edge.   They did an excellent job overall. Everything was done well and felt very professional. Every day they were on time for both starting and finishing which I really appreciated. They cleaned after themselves every day they worked which was very nice. The work they did was great and would come back if needed.

  Did a spectacular job roofing my garage after having put up with Many delays. Work men were extremely friendly and let me ask questions about their work. I would recommend this company to anyone who wants someone who does a great job and really cares about the people they serve.

  A crew of 5 plus showed up, and got the repair work done promptly and professionally. Work was done in a day, the cleanup was so thorough, one would never know they were there. Other companies couldn't even get the repair work done within the first quarter of 2024. With Cassidy we are way ahead of the game.

  They were great! Very professional, they came on time, didn't take long, cleaned up and finished the job ahead of schedule. Couldn't be happier. I did not have to worry at all during the storms we've had this year. Will definitely recommend and call again.

  I havre been using Cassady Roofing for roofing repairs and maintenance since 2015. I have them do maintenance checks every 2 years to satisfy my home owner insurance expectations. This year I had them install solar attic exhaust fans which assist in keeping my home at a comfortable temperature without overusing my air conditioner. Quite a savings on my electric bill. Their crews have all been efficient, courteous and thorough. They clean up completely after their work is complete.
