  Very happy with the roofing work from All Seasons Roofing Improvement. Our old roof was the original one on the house and had a lot of wear from age and years of sun exposure. Jermaine gave us a clear quote and explained from the start that there could be some damage to the OSB decking underneath that would only show up after the shingles were removed. That made the whole process easy to understand, and there were no surprises on the final invoice. We also appreciated getting photos during each stage of the roof replacement, which helped us see the condition of the materials and the progress of the job. The crew worked efficiently, finished the roof in about half a day, and left everything looking clean and professional.   In short, this roofing company is one of the few contractors I found that truly cares about doing the roof the right way, not just the fast way. In the end, we chose them because they stayed focused on quality, were open to our special requests, and coordinated well with related roof work like chimney flashing and skylight replacement.   i had my roof replaced after storm damage, and the whole roofing process went very smoothly. lucas was awesome to work with. He was polite, professional, and took the time to show me exactly why the shingles and roofing materials needed to be replaced. He also helped me understand the insurance part, which made everything much easier. I had asked lucas to inspect my roof before, and he was honest then too, telling me i did not need a replacement at that time. This time, the damage was clear, and he explained it in a simple way that made sense. That honesty really stood out. The roofing crew was efficient, organized, and respectful of my property.   the crew finished our roof job ahead of schedule and the new roof looks great. they even shared drone videos showing the roof installation, which was a nice touch. before starting, lucas took time to answer all our questions and brought over shingle samples so we could pick the best look for our home. they made sure to cover our furniture and plants around the house to keep everything safe from debris, and cleaned up the area really well after finishing. we also needed our chimney redone soon after, and they quickly sent jermaine out to make sure everything was patched up and looked perfect. the only small thing was that we didn’t get notified ahead of time about when the roofing materials would be dropped off, so i had to check in about the delivery and install dates. but they got back to me fast, and since everything was done quicker than expected, it really wasn’t a problem. i would definitely recommend this company to anyone in santa fe springs needing roof work. everyone was very courteous and professional, and i’d hire them again for future projects.
