Our HOA condominiums had been plagued with roof leaks and related issues for over a year. When we finally started shopping around for quotes, many contractors claimed to offer competitive pricing or guaranteed lower prices, but Michael was the first business that truly provided transparent pricing with detailed explanations of how costs impact warranties and other valuable information that helped us make an informed decision. Michael is friendly, professional, and extremely helpful throughout the entire process. Work began bright and early on the first day of work, and everything was cleaned up and squared away when completed. When additional issues arose on the roof, Michael and his team took care of them as if it were their own home. They never cut corners or rushed through the job. We are very satisfied with the quality of work and would definitely recommend Michael and his team for any roofing work.

I work for a general contractor and we have worked with Francos roofing on several jobs. Francos roofing is professional, responsive and timely with their work. We plan to continue working with them and recommended them to whomever asks “if we know a good roofer”.

If you're looking for a roofing contractor who is honest, reliable, and truly exceptional at what he does look no further than Mr. Franco. From start to finish, he made the entire process smooth and stress-free. Mr. Franco is a true professional. He kept his word on all fronts of the process, gave a clear and fair estimate, and took the time to explain every detail so I felt confident in the decisions being made. No gimmicks, no hidden fees, just straightforward, trustworthy service. The quality of the work? Absolutely top-notch. The roof looks incredible, clean lines, perfect installation, and built to last. The inspectors had positive feedback towards him as well. You can tell Mr. Franco takes real pride in his business. He didn’t cut corners, didn’t rush through the job, and left the entire site spotless when the work was done. What really impressed me was his communication. He kept me updated every step of the way, answered every question with patience and clarity, and delivered exactly what he promised on time and on budget. I cannot recommend him highly enough. Whether you need a small repair or a full roof replacement, call Mr. Franco, you’ll be glad you did. Thank you again Michael, for your hard work, your integrity, and for giving my home a new roof.

Franco’s Roofing did an excellent job on our roof replacement. The project was completed on time, and we really appreciated how they kept us updated throughout the entire process. The new roof looks fantastic, and they went above and beyond with details like painting the vents to match and even adding ventilation for our garage to improve circulation. Their professionalism and attention to detail made the whole experience stress-free, and we couldn’t be happier with the results.
