  They kept me informed every step of the way, worked quickly without cutting corners, and left me feeling truly cared for with their attention to detail. Chris arrived the day for the quote and explained all options and let us know they were about 2 weeks out from starting the job. The crew showed up around 730 in the morning and were done with the roof and completely cleaned up by 530 that afternoon. Chad stayed the entire time and answered any questions I had as they worked. Chris came back a couple days later and did a final inspection. Great company to utilize. Highly recommend.

  Chris was very friendly and extremely helpful guiding us through the claim process with insurance. Installers were very friendly and cleaned up thoroughly. Would highly recommend them.

  Since this is a second home for us - I was not on site when my roof was replaced. Chris Jolly did an excellent job of keeping me updated each day with emails and pictures. I was also under a time constraint due do an insurance issue and Smith roofing got the job done in time. I highly recommend this Company.
