  Why does your company continue to come into our neighborhood when there are no soliciting signs at the entrance ??! I have no soliciting signs all over my property & these guys still came to the door ! Stay out of steeplechase ! We are sick out you !

  No one wants to do business with those with no respect for boundaries 2 months later they show up at my door again. At least they are consistent with their inability to read no soliciting signs

  They come into our complex where we have big sign for no solicitation keep knocking on doors being told to leave. You would think they would get tired. I get it they need the work but maybe try another complex. I work from home it’s it gets old quick.

  Cheese ball company I have several no soliciting signs and no trespassing signs posted on my property in Myrtle Beach SC one of there sales people rang my doorbell trying to sell me a roof. I asked if they saw my signage and they replied no when I started taking pictures for police they actually took the NC paper license tag off the car and drove away. I have contacted city of MB manager and filed report with Myrtle Beach police department. Please be aware of whoever these people are possibly robbers scoping your property out.

  Sales Rep and next up in the chain offered very limited knowledge of their product materials and methods. Did not listen to what I was requesting for work to be done. Only concern was seeing what the Insurance Quote totaled so that they could back their numbers in to match. Might be good for some wanting the bare minimum requirements, but that was not what I wanted. Questions regarding materials and methods and improvements had to be referred to the "boss in the office", very discouraging. Opted not to go with them due to being so uncomfortable with personnel that I had worked with.

  We recently had a very uncomfortable experience with Modern Roofing. When we pulled into our driveway after being away, a representative named Bryan was parked right in front of our home, waiting. The moment we stepped out of our vehicle—before we could even get our children out—he immediately approached us to solicit business. His approach felt aggressive and invasive, as if we were being preyed upon. Once we got to our door, we noticed a door hanger with a handwritten note, which made it clear he had already come onto our property before we even arrived. This is not the first time representatives from this company have approached our home, and it has left a negative impression. We are aware our roof is aging and will need to be replaced, but that decision will be made by our family on our timeline. When the time comes, we will choose a company after careful research—not one that makes us feel pressured or uncomfortable at our own home.

  Just had my roof replaced by modern roofing and I was not totally pleased. When they were done, they left a trailer full of garbage in my driveway. I called and they said they were on their way but they never came. They picked it up the following day so I couldn’t use my driveway for an entire day. Also they spilled gasoline on my lawn killing my lawn in ugly spots. When I complained, they gave me a mere 100$ credit.

  Hi Al, Thank you for your feedback. As noted in our installation guidelines, which all homeowners sign, production clean up is typically completed within 1–4 days. While we strive to pick up the trailer the same day the work is finished, depending on the job sometimes requires the pick-up to occur the following day. Regarding the gas spill, our production manager spoke with you directly, apologized for the incident, and agreed on a $100 credit as a resolution. We appreciate you working with us to address the situation and hope you are enjoying your new roof.

  Just getting started with my experience with Modern Roofing, but I have to say that I am extraordinarily impressed with representative Damien. Not only has he been knowledgeable about all things roofing (my father was a carpenter and I can call bull a mile away), he has been amiable, personable, and able to answer all questions. We even introduced him to my MIL to see if he can assist her and she said he was a "sweetie". He was able to calm her and our anxieties and give us an explanation for a plan of action. So far, the process has been incredibly fast. The office and Damien have been on the ball, with having everything started within 24 hours or less. I would highly recommend Damien for all your roofing needs.

  Shain and Zach were great to work with and got the insurance company to pony up when other roofers couldn't. The roofers did a Fabulous job and looks beautiful. The cleanup was outstanding. We thrilled with the job. We highly recommend Modern Roofing they are Great!
