  I don’t know about your roofs but who ever was driving in cayce today at 620 towards the airport doesn’t need to be driving a truck with your company’s name on it. Giving you a bad look everywhere they drive I promise you.

  ERR replaced my 10 yo metal roof with a new metal roof. Looks amazing! BUT, took QUITE awhile once roofing was delivered. And the cost went up significantly between the estimate and install. Most annoyingly, I have NEVER been able to receive a return call. For ANY reason I have called... materials they left behind, a suspected leak, and now another repair issue, and it has been just under a year from the (really fast, which was nice) install. Finished product looks fantastic, but little to no customer service, and that's important! So the owner left a message here to contact him. I did. He and his foreman. Dates were made for him to drop by and make this simple repair. No show, no call. Now I cannot get any call back. And the worst part is, if I attempt to repair it myself, it will VOID my warranty. Which they know of course. Now I have to go to the trouble of filing a complaint...for a simple and quick fix on a NEW roof! SMH!

  Attention to Detail. It’s what I was looking for and it’s what I received with Ethan Richardson Roofing. After one phone call with Ethan I had a detailed quote and timeline for the project. Ethan kept me up to date with any delays (due to weather) and was on site for most of the process. I knew I had some problem areas with rotten wood and fragile siding but the crew removed and replaced what was needed and found solutions to other issues. There was no time wasted once the project began and they cleaned up after themselves afterwards. I inspected the roof and work multiple times throughout the process and was pleased with everything I saw. I recommend Ethan Richardson and his crew to anyone.

  Ethan Richardson roofing reshingled the roofs at out DYB Kiwanis ballpark in Dillon, SC a few months ago. He did our concession, garage, press box, ticket booth, pump house, and field chalk box. His price was more than $500 less than the other two quotes. The quality of work was top notch. They showed up that morning and was done by 5pm that afternoon. Roofs look great and the area was left clean. Use Ethan Richardson roofing for all your roofing needs. Great people and excellent work!
