Donovan promptly arrived and replaced exhaust pipes and boots on the roof. However, he disconnected the exhaust flu from the furnace and neglected to reconnect it. This could have caused carbon monoxide poisoning come winter; a life threatening hazard.

I've called several times since Friday and left messages and it only rings until it gets sent to voicemail. I wanted to use this owner's services but unfortunately I can't get through or get someone to call me and it's now Wednesday.

Prices are high so I suggest you get a quote so you don't get sticker shock, but on the upside he's insured, licensed, thorough and very competent. He's also quick to respond to calls and quick to get out to your job and get it done. I definitely recommend him. He's done work for me twice.

Rapid Roof Repair does exactly just that. I called after a heavy rain. They repaired a leak from my skylight the next day. They are very courteous, informative, and knowledgeable. It was easy for them to explain the procedure. That is very important to me. They left my house cleaner than it was before the job. Thank you very much. I Would definitely recommend rapid roof repair to my friends and use them if I ever have a leak again.

Donovan of Rapid Repair promptly returned my call yesterday and scheduled an appointment for this morning. He called to let me know he was on his way within the timeframe given to me yesterday. He was polite, timely, and professional. He diagnosed the problem and now no more leaks. Thank you Donovan
