  One of their drivers was crazy on the highway. We were already going 10 over in a 55 mph zone, and he drove completely up to our bumper, flashed his high beams at us, then yelled at us while driving by. He then proceeded to speed like crazy and slide from the leftmost to the rightmost lane aggressively. I would never hire someone who hires people with this temperament.

  I am writing to share my appreciation for the excellent service we received recently. We had some flashing leaking on our chimney, and Dale went above and beyond to come to our house in an extremely timely manner. He went up on the roof, identified the exact problem, and fixed it immediately. Unlike the other contractors we had over, there was no guesswork involved. Smart Roofing will be handling all of our roofing needs from now on. I highly recommend their services to everyone.

  I had a roof leak I couldn’t track down. Joe came out to take a look and had a tech come right over to solve the problem. Has been dry ever since!

  Very responsive team, came to check our leaking skylight the same day when we contacted them late on a Friday, and Dale and team returned Sunday to start repairing the problem. Knowledgeable and helpful team and answered all our questions on other areas we were concerned with! Would absolutely recommend!

  Dale and his crew are very dedicated to their work. They pay attention to detail and have an excellent work ethic. They made sure everything was cleaned up before leaving each day. Great communication - they kept us informed throughout the project. Highly recommend!

  After a leak started in my bathroom during a recent storm the dreaded thoughts of who to call and who can I trust began. When I woke up this weekend to find my neighbor getting a new roof, I was enthralled watching this crew work. Their work was meticulous and fast. The equipment used on-site also caught my eye. I got the name of the company from their truck and called the next morning. I got directly connected with Dale, no voicemail, no let us call you back, a real person, and one who knew exactly what he was talking about. Dale came over the very next day, discussed our options and made honest recommendations. Dale is knowledgeable, down to earth, and honest! I would highly recommend Dale / Smart Roofing for your roofing needs! Even if you have contacted another company already, give Smart Roofing a call, a second opinion from someone like Dale could really give you piece of mind.

  My 3 year old roof was leaking in my office and the company I used would not come to look at it. I got a referral; I called Dale and he came the next day. He found some exposed nails and sealed them up. I would highly recommend Smart Roofing
