  Honestly I won't speak to the job itself because I'm sure this is high quality. But I'd like to know why 6:30 am seems like a reasonable time to start on someone's roof??? This is a condo complex. Most of us were completely unaware this was happening so two days in a row at 6 am when most of us are working from home is pretty disrespectful and unprofessional .

  Hi Kasey — the 6:30 am start time was the time worked out with the management of your apartment complex prior to work being started. They should have been in contact with you regarding the project details and start times. Thank you for your patience while we replaced the roof on your complex.

  So sad and disappointed that a company's customer service could go down hill. Took forever to get them to fix a problem that could have been fixed quickly. However our request was met with them raising their voices at us (when they did communicate), false statements and misrepresenting of facts. It took my insurance company officer to get them to finally do what they said they would do. Highly questionable business practices and poor customer service/phone etiquette.

  I always felt they gave me a fair assessment of my roof. When it came time to replace, they did an excellent job on a short timeframe at an affordable price.

  I had an amazing experience with this roofing company. I work in the insurance world and was helping one of their previous clients with their home insurance. I reached out to them requesting proof of a Class 4 shingle on behalf of my client and they got back to us within a couple hours with the documentation we requested. I was very impressed by this. Communication like this goes such a long way with me and I greatly appreciate it.

  The July 2022 hail storm was devastating to our property, but I always felt that Andy was there by my side, walking me through the repair process, offering encouragement and direction. The repair work was top notch. Bottom line, I felt like I was working through this with a friend rather than just a roofing company. I cannot offer any higher praise than that.

  Slaughter Roofing was a fantastic company to work with. After getting many, many quotes, I decided to go with them as the bid was competitive for a specific type of shingle I was looking for. Andy was quick to get out to the property for an assessment, and had a quote back to me that same day. Sherry, who works in the office, was absolutely lovely to work with. They were knowledgeable, friendly, & responsive, and they did a fantastic job. I would definitely recommend them to all.

  We just bought a new (to us) house and found a leak in the roof that wasn't found during the inspection. Mike came and looked at our roof. He found it was a simple fix and took care of us quickly. He also informed us that we had upgraded shingles and we got a discount on our homeowners insurance. I'd recommend Slaughter Roofing to anyone. Extremely friendly and knowledgeable, fast and courteous service. 5 stars all the way.

  Very honest, can’t recommend them enough! Came out to inspect potential hail damage and told me that my roof was still good and that I didn’t need to get anything replaced or fixed yet, when most companies would try and get me to buy something or file a claim. Will definitely be using them in the future when I do need roofing work done!

  After submitting a request for inspection/quote on their website, they contacted me the same day to confirm my address and schedule the inspection. Andy Slaughter arrived on time, was courteous and professional. After doing the inspection, he discussed the roofing options, handed me the appropriate brochures and committed to sending me estimates. He had those to me later that same day. Andy was more than willing to answer my questions and make suggestions. We decided on the roofing options and he was able to schedule the installation within a week. He originally estimated a day-and-a-half, given the steepness of my roof. Even though they started later in the morning (watching to see if a storm was coming in), they were able to complete the job in one day. Gregg Slaughter returned the next morning to double-check the work and pick up the extra supplies. He also was easy to talk to and able to answer my questions. I would definitely recommend this family-owned business.

  We were very happy with the roof. There was another issue, some damage done to our house. We were not happy with how the repairs were handled and the inconvenience we incurred.
