After interviewing several companies, we decided to hire Simply Home Remodeling for our roof replacement. They are a great company to work with and very upfront about the project which my husband really appreciated. We had some very bad wood underneath which couldn't be seen until after they tore all the old shingle off. They told us up front the cost of any bad wood, should there be any. We really appreciated that so there wasn't any "hidden fees", that none of the other companies we interviewed even bothered to mention. They were just very easy and great to work with and provided an excellent quality of work.

Getting a new roof was a completely new experience for me. It was big and daunting. I’m posting this review for those who may be in the same situation I was in. After many estimates, I chose simply home remodeling and roofing for the following reasons: My main reason was due to Sofy Boroumand’s customer service. She was respectful of my time, she was available for all my questions . I found her to be very knowledgeable, and she stood behind her product. When I finally made my decision to go with Simply Home Remodeling and Roofing, Sofy found me the loan that fit my financial situation. They stuck very close to the estimate. We hit some major bumps in the road when it came to the loan, she got the aid of a coworker by the name of Abner, together they went over and beyond to help me solve an issue that was not only affecting my loan, but other aspects of my financial life. Once The work started it was a seamless process. The timeframe of the job was accurate, The roofing crew was so respectful of the property , and always professional The proposal was very clear , both Abner and Sophie were available throughout the process. Sofy and Abner truly made me feel like I was a valued client! The new roof is beautiful, competitive pricing and I would recommend Simply Home Remodeling And Roofing .

Had a new roof done in 2023. They also put on new fascia boards and installed new gutters. It rained quite a bit just after the work was done and no issues. The overall experience was great and I would definitely recommend them if you’re looking for a good company to work on your home.
