  Reseda Roofing Installations completed a large, detailed roof replacement and attic insulation project on my older home in Reseda. The house has cathedral ceilings throughout, so the work was complex and involved removing the old roofing system, roof decking, and insulation, then rebuilding it all with updated roofing materials and better ventilation. It was a big job that took about two weeks, with a full roofing crew on site each day. Because of how challenging the structure was, a few interior ceiling spots needed repair during the process, and those fixes were handled at no extra charge and completed to our satisfaction. The team also returned for additional roof cleaning, which showed strong customer care and follow-through. The new long-life roof has performed very well, with no unexpected leaks or moisture problems. The upgraded insulation has made a noticeable difference in indoor comfort, especially during cooler weather and hot California days, and our energy costs have gone down. We also noticed that the home holds temperature much better year-round. During a later bathroom remodel, we found a small ventilation detail in one section that could have been installed better, but it has not caused any real problems. Overall, the roof system, insulation, and ventilation improvements have worked well, and the value for the scope of work was excellent. We spoke with several roofing contractors before choosing them, and the pricing was far more reasonable than the other estimate we received. They did not handle the gutters, so we used another contractor for that part, but for the roof work itself, the service was responsive, professional, and worth recommending.

  Carson, the rep, inspected my roof and pointed out storm damage I had not noticed on my older 20-year-old roof. He also met with the claim adjuster during the estimate and helped make the insurance process much easier to understand. Once the claim was approved, he provided a clear start date and the roofing crew arrived on schedule, completed the reroof work on time, and did a solid job from start to finish. They offered a nice range of shingle colors and styles, and the new roof really improved the look of the house. The cleanup was handled well, the crew was professional, and the whole project felt organized and smooth. Most importantly, my wife loves how the new roof looks.   Reseda Roofing Installations did an excellent job fixing our leaking roof and chimney in Reseda. Carson took the time to do a careful check of the roofing system, chimney area, ceilings, and walls before explaining the source of the leak. He even showed us a roof video and clear photos that pointed out slipped and missing tile, worn underlayment, damaged chimney flashing, and a missing vent cap. That extra detail made it easy to understand what needed repair and why. We received a clear and detailed estimate for the roof repair and tile roof tune-up, and the pricing felt fair for the amount of work involved. The repair was scheduled quickly, and the roofing crew arrived on time as promised. Ricky, Francis, and Carson worked efficiently, handled the repairs with skill, and finished sooner than expected without cutting corners. They were professional, respectful, and left the property clean when the job was done. The office team was also friendly, responsive, and helpful throughout the process, which made everything smooth from start to finish. I first tried reaching the original installer, but they were no longer available, so I looked for a roofing company online and had an excellent experience from the first call to the final repair. The office team was friendly, clear, and thorough when taking my information and explaining what to expect. Mike called me shortly after and let me know he and his roofing crew could stop by the same day since they were already working nearby. He was very experienced, understood the issue right away, and quickly focused on the problem area around the chimney. When Mike arrived with two crew members, Carson and Kaleb, they got on the roof within minutes, found the source of the leak, and applied a temporary repair with roof sealant around the vulnerable spots to stop the water intrusion. They also explained that a more complete repair would be best for the chimney area and flashing once conditions were right for a full sealing job. I really appreciated how honest and practical they were about both the short-term fix and the long-term roofing solution. What stood out even more was their customer care. They handled the visit professionally, explained the repair in simple terms, and were very fair about pricing for the more complete chimney and flashing work. In a time when good service can be hard to find, their kindness, roofing knowledge, and willingness to help really made a big impression. Later, after the initial repair greatly reduced the leak, there was still a small amount of moisture coming through the mortar joints in the chimney itself, just as Mike had explained could happen. Once the full chimney sealing could be completed, he sent the crew out quickly. They were professional, friendly, and applied two solid coats of sealant that fully solved the problem.   We had an excellent experience with this roofing company in Reseda! They replaced our roof and are scheduled to install new gutters soon. The team promised to finish the roofing job in just one day, and they really kept their word. Even after sunset, they stayed late to make sure everything was spotless, and Carson came by the next morning to double-check that the cleanup was perfect.
