  If you need any roofing work, Rma Ac Service is the one to call. We had a full roof replacement with skylights, and Raymond made the whole process easy from start to finish. He explained each step clearly, answered our questions, and helped us understand the condition of the roof, attic airflow, and decking before the work began. During the job, he found a few hidden issues, including a rat nest, damaged plywood, and poor attic ventilation. He handled everything the right way and repaired it all with care, using solid roofing methods and smart solutions that really improved the roof system. Since the work was completed, we have not had any more rodent trouble in the attic, and the ventilation and overall roof performance have been much better, especially in the Reseda heat. The finished roof looks excellent and very clean. Neighbors and people passing by have asked who did the job because the roof and skylights stand out so nicely. Marvin was professional, respectful, and very knowledgeable throughout the project. We also appreciated how quickly he helped with an unexpected problem at our home while we were away. If you want honest roofers who do quality work at a fair price and do not cut corners, this is the team to trust.

Marvin was very helpful during the first estimate and was always easy to reach when we had more questions about roofing options and materials. We had also spoken with another roofer about raised battens and a vented bird stop, so when we called Marvin, he answered right away and clearly explained the pros and cons of those items. That same evening, he sent over an updated estimate with those additions so we could make a fair comparison. Their pricing was still better, and the scope of work felt honest and complete. The installation crew, including Conner, was excellent. They were friendly, easy to talk to, and took time to go over the contract line by line while showing us key parts of the roof system so we understood exactly what was being installed. That extra care gave us confidence in the workmanship. Ernest handled the final inspection, and the office team kept everything organized and moving smoothly.   This is the second roofing job I have had done, and the service from company: Rma AC Service was excellent. Marvin recently completed a metal roof installation on the back side of my house, and it came out great. I am so happy with the results that I am already planning to have the front section of the roof done next. The roof pitch was steep and not easy to handle, but the work was finished in about a week with solid workmanship and attention to detail. Each day the area was cleaned up well, and the yard and work space were left neat and tidy. I would recommend them to anyone needing a new roof, roof replacement, shed roofing, or even exterior paint work. The whole experience was easy, professional, and pleasant from start to finish. Even my dog, Xena, who normally does not trust strangers, felt comfortable around Marvin. She followed him around the yard and would sit near the ladder waiting for him to come down from the roof, which really showed his friendly nature and trustworthiness.   we discovered a leak in our roof that was starting to mess up our ceiling inside, and we were worried it might get worse. raymond from the roofing team came out to our place in reseda just a few days after we called, and he made sure to put our job first. in just a few minutes, he figured out exactly what was wrong and explained the fix to us clearly. they repaired the roof fast, and since then we haven’t had any more problems at all! i highly recommend raymond and will definitely call them again for any future roofing needs. the service was excellent and we’re really happy with the work.

  i was really impressed with the roofing company right from the beginning. marvin, the owner, came out to my place in reseda to give me an estimate. he took the time to walk around and carefully inspect the whole roof. when i asked about measurements, he mentioned using a high tech app to make sure everything was super accurate, so there wouldn’t be any extra costs for materials we didn’t need. the crew was on time, professional, and did a fantastic job with the roof replacement. before i made my final payment, marvin checked in to make sure i was completely satisfied with the work. i told him i was more than happy and would gladly leave a 5 star review!
