The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

DON’T TRUST THESE REVIEWS! A woman at the mall accosted my friends and I today asking me to rate her 5 stars. When we asked what we were rating, she said “you’re rating me, it’s for a contest.” We then asked what the contest was for and she said she needed 80 5-star reviews to win, but wouldn’t explain what the context of the contest was. We then asked what her prize is for winning and her response was “Money, I think.” After submitting the five stars, and her taking a photo of proof, I see it’s for this roofing company. I immediately deleted that review to write this one. This company is manipulating random mall goers into giving 5 star google reviews for services they’ve never received for a company they’ve never heard of and won’t be told what it is prior to reviewing. This is made clear by the reviews all coming in at the same time. This is a manipulation tactic to seem like a legitimate business before doing the work and receiving genuine and honest reviews.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 29 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 29, of which 10 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
