  I am very satisfied with this company's work. Rafael is very knowledgeable, always accessible, and he would answer any of my concerns. He explained the process, and the technique they would use. The price we agreed on was the price I paid in the end, no extras, and it was at the lower end of my budget. After they finished they thoroughly cleaned the driway and the lawn. I highly recommend Simple Roofing.

  James was our point of contact and he was the consummate professional and gentleman. He guided us every step of the way from having our insurance evaluate previous shingle damage to picking out the color of the new shingles that we eventually used. James was readily available whenever we had questions or were uncertain about next steps. The installation by Gus and his team of roofers could not have been more efficient and I doubt there is a team in MD more competent in installing a roof. Gus provided clear explanations on what to expect and he stayed an hour after the roof had been installed to answer further questions. Our new roof looks amazing, and the crew cleaned up thoroughly including performing a couple of magnet sweeps for residual nails around the house and driveway. We are tickled pink with the result and enjoyed the hassle-free process. Congratulations to Simple Roofing for developing a repetitive, well-heeled system of roof installation that lives up to customer expectations!

  I had a large and difficult roof to get done and all 5 estimates were between $27,500-$36,400, Simply Roofing gave me an estimate a little over $10,000 less than $27,500 using the same exact product, I took off from work to see the quality of work and I tell you they went above and beyond, I’m 100% satisfied, I recommend Simply Roofing if you want the BEST QUALITY work done on your roof……GREAT JOB SIMPLY ROOFING 👍

  When I decided to have my siding replaced, I got several companies, big and small, to give me an estimate. Rafael is the one that coming with the best price. Besides that, he had a lot patient to explain in details the issues that I didn’t even realize. Rafael has a very experienced crew, highly professional. The service was done according to the original plan. When I found some minor issues during installation not mentioned in advance, Rafael was quick to have his people fix the problem. Simple Roofing is highly recommended. Rafael is simply a wonderful person. A+ & 5 Stars.
