Haven Roofing Company

The only one or two-star review we hold for Haven Roofing Company.

We live in the same town. Haven's owner made an appointment with us for an estimate. We took off work to meet him. We waited 40 minutes after the appointment. He never showed. Didn't even call or text. Can't believe he blew off a local like that. Would give him zero stars of I could. Thanks for nothing!

Michelle, Thank you for the feedback. While we sincerely apologize for the scheduling conflict caused by an unforeseen emergency this morning, we were disappointed to receive your cancellation notice during the actual appointment window stating you had already hired another contractor. As a local business, we strive to provide every neighbor with the utmost respect and timeliness. Because you had already moved on to another company before our window had even closed, we prioritized our emergency response and other waiting clients. We regret that we weren't afforded the same professional courtesy we extend to our community, but we wish you the best with your project. Best, Pete Lobosco, Owner Haven Roofing Company

Re did the siding on our entire home. Haven really took care of us. We have an older home and they came across a bunch unexpected problems that we would have never see if it wasn’t for their experience. Everything was taken care of in a timely and professional manor. We are extremely happy with the finished product and would recommend to anyone looking for a new siding.

The job took two days and the crew did a great job on the roof and also keeping the property clean. The roof came out amazing and the whole process was nice and easy.
