  Jerilyn, we’re sorry that this was your experience. During your project there were two accidental issues: a roofing nail contacted an AC line that was concealed beneath the roof deck, and a small section of ceiling drywall was accidentally damaged when a worker stepped through the ceiling. Rather than walking away, we worked with your family to resolve both matters. When the initial AC repair estimate came in significantly higher than expected, we simply asked that a second estimate be obtained. Once that was done, we contributed $900 toward the repair. We also provided $200 for the drywall repair and left the repair materials on site. We understand that accidents are frustrating, and we always strive to make things right when they occur. We respectfully disagree with the characterization that we were unwilling to help, as we made every effort to resolve these issues fairly. We wish you and your family all the best.

  These folks do not stand behind their work plain and simple. They will be responsive and price competitive but that is it. After the fact if you have a problem they will not stand behind their work.

  Be very careful with these GUYS!! They come in at low price so they can get the job and then they make sure they charge you after!! 1 star disappointment experience, could been better!!

  Nice job on the roof, but your clean up job sucks!! Nails, plastic wrappers, tar paper, everywhere! Now its covered in snow and hidden!

  Working with Allied Brothers, and especially Bryan Lala as my main point of contact for my roof, siding, windows, and door installation was an outstanding experience.
