Do not use this company, They destroyed my deck. They must have come back 5 times and its still bad, now they are MIA .They created a hazardous condition, railings are crooked and steps not to code. They sold me a waterproof deck and it is not water proof, its bubbling up and lifting. they caused a leak that went in the wall to my basement, and i needed new sliding doors Alan and Mark are liars. Do not trust them.

They shattered my window. I was cool about it, I understand accidents happen. They said they would fix it and left me hanging. When I started hounding them, the owner told me he did 10 years in prison and i need to watch who I'm talking to. …

so, we called these guys to come in an emergency situation to tarp our roof during a storm when we saw it was leaking. They did come out same day, on a weekend which was great. The tarping job took maybe 15-20 mins and he billed us $500. Very high ? yes. but we had no choice....it is what it is. He gave us a quote for the repair job, which was an explanation of what was needed and then one lump sum of $3800 for a total. When I submitted that to my insurance, they said they needed each line item broken down in order to submit it for approval. ok...easy enough request...right? When I called Alec back and told him what I needed, he said he could not break it down. HUH? we proceeded to argue, with him telling me by text that he "is not a supply company, he is a construction company? What the hell does that have to do with anything????. So, bc he refused to break down 5 line items, I now have to start the process ALL Over again, and find a new roofer to come out and quote the job and blah blah blah. One has to ask themselves why they would just put a price next to each line. not the sign of a quality establishment...INSANITY.

Hi, first of all we came there same day to help you out, second of all the tarp was installed at 8pm on a rainy day so good luck finding a company to do so. Yes we give you a price and that’s what’s is for the job to be completed and guaranties. I hope you find a company that likes to deal with people who swore all the time . We like to serve to people not to hear yelling. Thank you/ A1 Top Quality
