  They used non approved incorrect plans. When asked to correct they doubled price. When asked for refund they refused. Owner is aggressive and rude. Completely took advantage of me and kept 100 percent of funds with zero benefit to me.

  Hi Kim, We are disappointed to read this review, as it does not accurately reflect the circumstances of this project. For clarity: the $10,000 you paid was applied directly to pour the forms, which was in progress by the cement contractor. Without our knowledge or authorization, you redirected the workers on-site to follow different plans. When this occurred, we were not notified and did not approve any changes. Later, new plans were presented that doubled the scope of the original work. In response, we provided a revised bid reflecting the increased cost. Since that cost adjustment was not accepted, the project could not move forward. At the time of your refund request, the $10,000 had already been applied to work in progress. We offered to return any remaining balance after expenses were accounted for, but that offer was declined. We stand by the accuracy of this account and the integrity of our process. Our company takes honesty, professionalism, and transparency seriously in every project we perform.

  Buyers remorse, I went with this company because they were low bid and had decent reviews. I was disappointed with the service. The promise was made that my roof would look better when they were finished; it does not. Attention to detail and professionalism were lacking. The demo crew were openly urinating in my driveway and smashed my front windshield (they paid to fix it though). I pointed out issues I had with the finished product, but the foreman was too busy to deal with it. I had to personally inspect and finish the work, sealing, staining, and cleanup. I'll be calling a different roofing company to come finish my roof.

  Rick installed the roof and gutter back in Nov. of 2016 on our home located at 2387 Carriage Ave. Richland and he also provide 30 years warranty on the roof, 10 years warranty on the gutter on the material and workmanship along with removing the debris from the gutter twice per year for 5 years in writing w. his signature. we had a problem w. gutter right after the installation, it was just dripping thru when it rained, i even text Rick the pictures and tried calling him countless times for last 3 years and i haven't received the single call back yet. what a disappointment! i hate to put complaints publicly but i feel i gave him enough chance to respond, if he can't call me back for last 3 years and take care of the problem, i feel that public needs to know.

  I have used Silverbow for repairs on the original roof as a result of wind storms damage They were always timely and did a great job. They just completed a roof replacement on my 22 yo roof and did a superior job. They were very careful of my property. Created minimal debris and cleaned my yard daily during installation. Checked daily with magnetic tools for nails that may have dropped in yard. The workmanship on the finish roof is great.

  We just had new windows and siding done and we couldn’t have asked for a more professional and more prepared team!   I usually don’t leave reviews, but Silverbow Roofing INC. really earned it. I called a few other roofing companies first—most acted like they were too busy to bother, and one actually showed up but never came back or followed up. Then I got in touch with Silverbow and met Richard. He was professional from the start, came out right away, and had my roof repaired in just a few days. Easily the most reliable and professional person I’ve worked with. His crew was fast, respectful, and did the job right the first time. As a veteran, I really value honesty and quality work, and Richard delivered both. I highly recommend Silverbow Roofing to anyone in the area, especially my fellow veterans. You won’t be disappointed.

  The communication, scheduling are excellent. The crew is friendly and professional. This is the third project they have done for us. SiloverBow renovated the roof of our historic barn, and replaced the shingles on our shop and now on our 135-yr-old house. We're very pleased with their work.

  Rick and his crew were absolutely amazing at completing a siding project for us. They have a great work ethic, were reliable, responsive, courteous and respectful.
