The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Craig and Jay have done many jobs for us and we couldn’t be more pleased with the quality of work. New deck, front porch, sidewalk, doors and several updating projects. They will answer their phone and show up when they say. They treated us …

Silverback employees built my new porch with profection. They were very nice and didn't stop till it was finished. I'm very satisfied with them and the work they did. They also sent me a plumber that was the best.

New deck, New porch, New Porch Roof, and new railings turned our plain back porch into a beautiful place of relaxation and fun! Quality work and quality materials! Very impressed with the overall experience from start to finish!

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 16 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
