Silicoat Roofing was easy to work with, friendly, and they got the job done right! They went and sealed every seam and made sure the roof was prepared, properly, so the new material was applied correctly! A much more affordable option to get the roof reconditioned! Excellent warranty on the roof too! Highly recommend.

I called Rick about a leak I suspected was coming from our flat roof. He came out that same evening, took the time to explain what was going on, and helped us figure out how we could fix the issue ourselves. He was patient, knowledgeable, …

Although Rick couldn't do my job because it was a small residential project, he helped me out by telling me how to do it myself. He spent quite a bit of time with me on the phone telling me what products to use and how to use them. He even …

Silicoat Roofing did an excellent job on my roof! Rick and his crew were on time, communicated well throughout the job and did not interfere with the function of my business! They even cleaned up and left no signs they were there except a nice white sealed roof!!! I highly recommend Rick and Silicoat Roofing! Very professional and just good people!

"Silicon coating is a one-time problem solver if applied correctly, without cutting corners. For these reasons, I hired SiIicoat Roofing. I had seen Rick's work on a few other buildings a few years back and had no issues, which is why I chose Rick. Good work and very professional, I recommend it to all property owners.

Most building owners wait until a roof is actively leaking before they think about maintenance. By then, the repair costs dramatically more than the same work would have cost on a scheduled visit. A commercial roof maintenance program protects your warranty, your insurance position, and your capital plan.
