  We would not recommend Signature Exteriors. While re-siding our neighbor’s home, the crew tore down a section of our fence to access the neighbor’s garage and entered our fully fenced property without our knowledge or permission. Neither we nor our neighbor authorized them to use our property. After they finished, they left a large amount of nails and wood debris scattered along our property line. Even worse, because they had removed our fence “temporarily” without telling us, our dog was able to escape from our yard. This created a serious safety risk that could have been avoided with basic communication and respect for private property. When we confronted the crew, our concerns were largely dismissed. We chose not to involve the police because we value our relationship with our neighbor. Trespassing, damaging someone else’s property, creating a hazard, and leaving without properly restoring the area is completely unacceptable. Based on our experience, we would not recommend Signature Exteriors.

  I called to have someone come out to take a look at replacing the roof for 3 buildings at my condo complex. They said they would take my info and someone would call me back. I called back a week later after not hearing from anyone and was told, "We probably won't do that, but let us take your info and someone will get back to you." I guess $100,000+ job isn't worth their time and they don't even have the courtesy to call you back to say they don't want the job. I can't speak to the quality of their work, but their customer service is terrible.

  Signature Exteriors was very professional, prompt, courteous and helpful in all aspects of our new roof installation. From beginning to end, they exhibited pride in their workmanship and attention to detail, from care of site to daily cleanup and maintenance, as well as paperwork requirements. I would greatly recommend Signature Exteriors for any roof or other project around the house. Ed Graham

  We had our house sided by Signature Exteriors. It was an awesome experience. From management to the crew, they were all so knowledgeable. They explained everything clearly and their attention to detail was meticulous. I highly recommend Signature Exteriors service. They exceeded expectation!

  From the first conversation with Bob Brown all the way to one today where Bob the site manager made sure that everything we wanted hung up was hung up and everything was clear and clean it was the most fabulous experience I've ever had with house repairs and improvements I recommend this company wholeheartedly there is not one negative thing two guys finished the entire house and offset garage in less than a week cannot say enough about how fabulous the experience and the finished product looks

  We recently had our roof replaced by Signature Exteriors. We’re very pleased with the outcome. Bob Brown explained all our options without any high pressure sales tactics and provided a detailed estimate. He even forewarned us of the debris that would be in the attic from the roof removal process so we were able to organize and cover things before the work began. The site supervisor, Bob Mateusiak and his crew were excellent. They completed the removal of the old roof and installation of the new one as well as replaced our skylight, all in a day and a half. They took steps to protect our landscaping and their cleanup was exceptional. We’re so glad we chose Signature Exreriors for our roof replacement and highly recommend them to anyone looking for a reliable highly qualified roofing service.

  Our house looks thirty years newer with the new siding. Our project went very smoothly with Signature Exteriors. Everyone involved was courteous and professional and concerned that we got exactly what we wanted. From the selection of the many options of styles and colors to the permitting, to the installation and cleanup everything was done thoroughly. The two installers were great. They worked non-stop, with great skill, and got the job done in less time than we expected. Every detail was attended to. We are thrilled with the quality of the job and how our house looks now. We are so happy we went with Signature for this major project. Recommend them highly.

  Signature did a superb job on our home’s vinyl siding project! Their workmanship is outstanding and the job site was left clean every day! Our house exterior was transformed into a beautiful home along with new gutters and liters installed by Signature. From start to finish, the workflow was quite seamless! I highly recommend Signature Exteriors!!! 😊

  I find these people to be absolutely wonderful. During the winter our roof had an ice dam. I called 7-8 roofing companies to help clear the ice. This firm was the only one who answered the phone. They came out and fixed the problem and refused to be paid for their work. I called them back in the spring to redo our roof. I didn’t get quotes, just hired them. They did a great job. Just a nice family run business. Easy to work with. I whole heartedly recommend them to anyone.

  These guys did a fantastic job with siding my 95 year old housse. The weather was a bit challenging (mid Dec) but they perservered and it came out great.
