  What a nightmare, from the beginning. Not one of the workers on the job spoke English and so much was done incorrectly and had to be redone. They even put on part of the roof without removing the gutters? They spent more time fixing damage caused by them than they did roofing. The owner is non existent and there is no accountability. We spent $38,000.00 to put on a new roof 2 years ago. We had water damming that they refuse to fix and is part of the warranty. After 6 months of calling, someone actually came to the house today, for the second time, to do nothing. He told us there is no warranty, it is not their responsibility…and to put the icing on the cake, he refused to go on the roof that his company installed to see what the issue is. Sooo very sad. Save yourself the pain and use another roofing company, these guys are the worst.

  one of your drivers beeped at me for no reason so i beeped back . they continued to drive and i was behind them , they stopped at a stop sign for like 7 seconds . i don’t know if he was trying to be intimidating but either way it was supper unprofessional especially since he’s driving your company truck . i have the license plate number

  I called Rick's Main to have someone look at my roof and let me know if it needed to be replaced. Pete came out and looked it over and was very frank and honest with me. He told me that I didn't need a new roof at this point and also gave me his opinion on some issues with my gutter, and didn't charge me for any of it. I will certainly go back to Rick's when it's time to replace my roof.

  We recently had Rick's Main Roofing replace the roof on our 5,000-square-foot home in Norwalk, and we couldn't be happier with the experience. Our house has a complicated roofline, and the crew handled every detail with skill and professionalism. From the initial estimate through the final cleanup, communication was excellent. They kept us informed throughout the project, showed up when they said they would, and completed the work to a very high standard. Their pricing was fair, especially considering the complexity of the job, and there were no surprises along the way. It's not easy to find a contractor who combines quality workmanship, reliability, and great communication, but Rick's Main Roofing did exactly that.   Pete came HIGHLY RECOMMENDED to us by an amazing developer and boy oh boy did Pete deliver. From beginning to end everything was seamless. Pete visited our house, gave us our quote, and explained everything to us in detail. It was easy to schedule Pete to come out to the house and start the job. The guys who worked on the house did a great job, super quick and efficient. A dumpster was ordered and picked up in a timely manner. Materials were ordered and delivered. The work was completed two days ahead of schedule. Nothing in our yard or house was damaged, whatever items they moved outdoors were meticulously replaced. Pete popped in to check in on us and the guys. He also told us to walk around the house for the next couple of majors rain storms to see if anything is leaking. Highly recommend these guys !

  I have a colonial-era house with a cedar shingle roof. Two outbuildings on our property needed new shingles and I wanted them to match the main house. Rick’s Main Roofing did such a great job. Communication before and during the project was terrific and the workers were so polite. I couldn’t recommend this company more highly.
