  Terrible company. My roof leaked 3 times already. New roof installed 4 months ago . They tried one time to fix it . Never came back. Hired a attorney. Filed a claim against company. Ask them for insurance.!they said they did not have at time of roof installation. Bad company stay away.

  I acquired Casa Bella Exterior to service a roof leak with a cracked chimney and was very pleased with the service received. The process was seamless from start to finish, clear expectations open communication and professional service from the team. The work was completed in one day. A company I would recommend.

  Alex and his team recently replaced the roof on my house. They showed up when they said they would and worked hard during the short winter days to get my roof stripped and replaced. I ended up having more work than expected due to some unknown leaks. They took care of the necessary repairs and completed the roof in an expedited manner. They also did a great job cleaning up after the installation. This is a messy job and I was impressed how clean they left our yard and driveway! As a Realtor, I work with a lot of industry professionals and I found Casa Bella to be top notch and I will be referring them to my clients going forward.

  Had a branch come down and rip a hole in the roof - and also wreck a copper gutter. They came quickly to provide a reasonable estimate and did the work quickly after, and came out great. Would absolutely recommend for any roof repairs.

  Had Casa Bella replace our roof just after new year this year. I waited to post a review to ensure I could give a report some months later. First, last fall we had a leak issue. I called a few companies and got quotes. One vendor came with a drone to take pictures and quoted me replacing that section to fix the leak ($$). But Casa Bella came, took a quick look and was able to find a minor problem and fix the first leak on the spot! We agreed that at some point the roof would need a replace, but Casa Bella showed me exactly where the existing leak was and showed me pictures of exactly what was wrong... Fast forward a few months and we have a leak in a different area. Our roof is old so at this point we're thinking replace. We got quotes from a few vendors. Casa Bella was somewhat lower than the competition, and we were happy with them from the previous leak issue. For comparison, another vendor offered a 50 year guarantee (!), but when I checked their website I found they have only been in operation about 6 years (hmm). Anyway, Casa Bella was very clear and up front about everything. There were some variable items - for example if underlying plywood needed to be replaced there would be a charge for those materials added. We went with Casa Bella. They came and were very efficient. Once the old roof was cleared we found some wood was rotted (as expected from the leaks), but also that one section had been previously done in an odd way by just putting good wood on top of bad. Anyway, Casa Bella documented all with clear pictures and we opted for them to "do it right" and put the plywood the way it was supposed to be. Roof was completed and 6 months later we've not had any leaks or issues and the roof looks great. Very satisified and highly recommend Casa Bella.

  Alex, Evelyn and the Casa Bella team did an amazing job on our entire roof and gutter replacement project. They made great suggestions throughout the process and were flexible when we wanted to add a few things at the end of the project. Would love to work with them again!
